With how the equipment looks on a daily basis I got the impression that things weren’t being cleaned often, and then there wasn’t any cleaning solution available today at all. I’m not sure if staff are trained or compensated enough to care as they all seem to sit in the front office and ignore people. At this price point, I would expect a higher quality experience and better quality equipment.

Seems like a nice location, made it in once for my 7 day free trial, they say to use the free pass during staffed hours, but nobody is there during the hours, so aka the door is locked and you cant get in, so long story short waste of a drive and seems like they dont care to get new people into the gym.🤷🏼‍♀️ …

Michaella was super helpful and accommodating when I signed up. She’s terrific. The gym just opened a couple months ago so there are still a few things getting ironed out. Gym is extremely clean and tons of equipment. Very pleased.

I have been a member for two years. What was nice and why I chose this gym was the location, now it is moving. I know the reason and it will be better. The gym is in need of more room and equipment.

I’ve never been more disappointed in a gym. Everyone sees me waiting at the door and the hours say that they are open but the “staffed” hours are 11am-7pm. So if you are trying to get a workout in before work this isn’t the place for you

I have been a member of Anytime Fitness for a couple of years. I have found that the equipment is consistently broken or in a state of disrepair. During Covid, the doors were locked with no warning and I would show up only to find out that I had to make a prior appointment and was turned away. I also started a membership here to be able to use the shower facilities but more often than not, the bathrooms were occupied by people who would be in there for 30 minutes or more even though the policy states that clients should only be using the facilities for 15 min. Finally, I tried to cancel my membership 3 months ago by calling the customer support phone number but they keep charging my credit card. When I called them again, they said that I had to send them an email, which I did. They charged my card yet again and when I called, they said they didn’t get my email but I have proof that it went through in my email log. I sent a second email and they charged my card yet again. When I called this time, they said that they can charge my credit card again, up to 30 days after receiving a cancellation email. I blocked them from payment from my credit card and now they are saying my account will be sent to collections. I wish I had never joined this membership. They are a scam with substandard equipment and they make it harder to leave than a cult.

What a spot. My family was on vacation, and my daughter and I needed to get away for a workout. These guys at this Anytime Fitness location couldn’t have been any better. Love this place. Good people. Good example for other gyms to follow. Thx much.

This is a great gym set up to help you succeed in your fitness goals. Not only do they have all the equipment you need without being overwhelming or overcrowded, but the staff are willing to help you use the equipment properly and motivate you to stay on track. Members are all super friendly and most are regulars, which has makes it a more fun and relaxing atmosphere and a place you want to go to every day! Also the manager is awesome - love her strong female energy! Lastly they keep the gym clean and organized, put their members first, and will always take your feedback/suggestions. Glad I switched from a rec center to anytime.

This gym is seriously the best!! It’s never crowded so you’re able to get your workout done without having to wait for a machine; which is the main reason I signed up here. It’s also super clean and I love that you have your own private bathroom with a shower. And the tanning bed is also a plus and is always clean as well! But my favorite part about this location is the owner D!! He is always so nice and genuinely cares about not only his gym but his clients as well! Which makes coming to the gym a lot more enjoyable! Thank you for everything D!!

Love this gym! Always clean, never crowded during the times that I go, the equipment is great and event though it's a smaller space they have a ton of variety. And location is perfectly convenient being right off i70. D is awesome and always makes you feel comfortable and welcome when you walk in the door. My favorite gym I've ever belonged to, by far.
