Ms Gaby was rude to us and our child and has no business working with children, had unpleasant experiences with one other staffer as well.*EDIT* Thank you Ms Owner for clarifying my criticisms much better than I could have hoped to. For any other discerning parents out there, this is all you should need to see.

We are so pleased with how swim lessons have gone for our 5 yr old son! Emily Bunch is our instructor, and he is thriving in her class and is always excited to go to lessons. She is extremely patient, silly at all the right times, emotionally responsive, and overall wonderful with her students. We look forward to continuing on with Emily and the British Swim School!

We have been attending British swim school for a couple months. Emily and Christian are both great instructors! The quality of instruction is much better than some of the rec center course we’ve completed. My son enjoys class and looks forward to it each week! The people checking us in each week have always been friendly and courteous. The way the school is set up may not be the most traditional, but I feel they have done a good job outlining the process and rules for families and attending students. It is really is a great program!

My 2 daughters attend swim classes with British Swim School. We are happy with their progress and the girls both enjoy their teacher Miss Emily. I have taken them to other swim schools, and am happy with the quality that the British swim School provides.

My grandson Keegan is a Turtle 2 and is in Christine's class. He is amazing and makes it fun. Keegan can't wait for his next lesson. My grandson Len is a Starfish and is in Emily's class. He is excited as well! Emily is helping him get acclimated to the water - she is a very good instructor. I highly recommend the British Swim School.

Our kids progressed more in 3 weeks here than they did in one year at their former swim school. We appreciate being able to get feedback from the instructors during class/immediately after class by sitting near the pool and being able to watch our kids. It is also nice to be able to have our kids together in a class which helps their confidence and bravery. So far we are very happy!
