Candelas Swim and Fitness Club at TownView offers a combination of fitness and community amenities in Arvada, CO. The gym features new equipment that caters to both personal trainers and fitness enthusiasts. The facility also includes an outdoor wading pool with a deep end, perfect for children to practice swimming. Inside, the community building still has remnants of its previous use as a sales area for homes. Note that the pool has been closed for maintenance issues, which have yet to be addressed.
Operating hours vary throughout the week, and the community center is accessible only to residents. While the gym is well-equipped and clean, the outdoor pool area requires significant repairs. Additionally, the limited access to the community center during specific hours and management's delayed responses can be inconvenient for residents.

Clean, about what you would expect for a club house.

The "professional" hoa has had the pool closed for 2 seasons now. They said they were going to open this year but discovered they hadn't done any maintenance or inspections on the pool so it's trashed and unable to open. Bottom of the pool is black. Drain is broken. No timeline has been provided as of June 11th. HOA professional managaement hasn't answered my wife's email in a week.If you tour the inside of the "community building" it's still setup for home sells even thou they haven't sold homes out of it in years. Still has home model brochures displayed in front of the non functional pool. Basically no updates or re-purposing.

Why on Earth would you let your kids wade outside on top of a plutonium waste site? No matter how much developers dress up toxic land, it won't increase the longevity of its residents. Does "caveat emptor" mean anything anymore?

Being a personal trainer, the fitness center has everything that I need to train someone.

A community center should never actually be closed, if you ask me. Only residents have access, but God forbid we have a night shift instead of a typical 9:00-5:00.

Nicely equiped gym. Outside, the kids will like the wading pool and the 'deep end' has a nice shelf for them to stand on and practice swimming. The pool is not for adults who want to do laps.Dual gas grills on premise for BBQ parties. Also lots of pool furniture to recline
