We have been with DSG for several years. I absolutely love the way they stress the well-being of the child over everything else. The coaches invest greatly in each gymnast while still promoting a whole person mentality. During the pandemic- they have gone above and beyond the local requirements to make sure this facility and the team are safe. It's been a hard year for these athletes, but the family at DSG has continually given us strength and courage. We love this place!

My daughter has been a part of DSG since preschool, and she is now 15. DSG has helped her grow into a strong and confident young woman, she has made lifetime friends, and we have seen not only the physical benefits but the emotional benefits as well. The coaches are very invested in the girls’ overall well-being and are awesome roll models. I can’t say enough good things about the program and staff at DSG.

Discriminatory and unkind..... We had an ok experience until the school told me my daughter couldn’t attend because of her epilepsy. They didn’t offer accommodations (let’s move her into a tumbling class or keep her on low beams) but instead told me she wasn’t welcome to return. Their reasoning was because another epileptic student had a seizure and it was “really upsetting for the other gymnasts.” Wow... to think this poor kiddo has a seizure in class and the gyms only concern was how upsetting this was to the other students. What a miss. We’ve done a lot of community education for my daughters peers’ related to epilepsy. My daughter was well controlled and had no issues during her time at DSG. We were transparent about her disorder because it was the right thing to do... too bad the owners didn’t make reasonable accommodations and educate their teams about epilepsy rather than promote fear and discrimination. My daughter was heartbroken and so was I... I highly recommend considering another gym that accepts kiddos from all walks of life and background.
