I had been having hip pain for about 6 weeks or so and it progressed to a point that I was unable to use my right leg to walk up or down stairs.I have had only a few visits and I am now able to walk up and down stairs with out a problem. The techniques they use are simple easy to do at home, the visits to the office continue to result in progression. Not to mention that they are like family when you go in - they make you feel very welcome! I even received a Bday card and small gift from them.I highly recommend this group - as a matter of fact I am now trying to get my husband to go and will refer my friends as well.Very good choice for me - at age 52 I was worried I was losing my mobility which in turn results in losing strength and muscle. I am happy to say I feel confident they will get me pain free, mobile and flexible again and provide me with improved longevity in life. As well as many movements that I will have to use for a life time if symptoms return :-)

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Empower PT & Pilates. For years I'd been combatting all sorts of aches and pains, while trying to maintain a highly active lifestyle. In summer 2020, the pain in my lower back, SI joint, and leg had grown so intense and persistent that I decided it was finally time to seek professional help. I initially went to see another PT provider whom I found through my insurance and was disappointed in my experience. The process felt rushed, there was no clear treatment plan, and overall communication was really lacking. I'd previously connected with Empower PT and tried a free discovery visit, which had left me feeling hopeful, connected, and heard. However, at the time, I was set on going through insurance, so decided not to continue with Empower. Then, after my poor experience, I returned to Empower, decided to make the investment, and could not be happier with what I received. I worked primarily with Dr. Abby DeBlois for about 9 weeks. She exceeded my expectations in every area where my previous provider had been lacking. From the start, she outlined a clear path for my Physical Therapy, communicated expectations, and addressed potential barriers to success. Outside of my weekly sessions, I sent her questions and updates which were always answered fully and promptly. At one point I had a setback where my back pain really flared back up. I came to my session feeling anxious and defeated. Dr. Abby assured me that I had not "failed," got right to work relieving the pain, and helped me get me right back on track. I am now a few months out of treatment, and truly feel like I've found that "lasting solution". I'm pain free and, more importantly, equipped with the tools, knowledge, and awareness needed to continue my active lifestyle for many, many, years to come.

I have nothing but great things to say about the team at Empower PT & Pilates! I started working with Abby at the beginning of August 2020 (and still have several sessions to go), and have seen such positive improvement with my issues. I came to Empower after breaking my leg in mid June 2020, and having surgery to put a rod in the entire length of my tibia. This completely knocked me down, and caused me to lose so much in strength, balance, range of motion, and just being able to move well, in general. When I first came in to Empower, I had just transitioned from crutches to walking with a cane....but was still very much in need of help to even walk. Abby has been absolutely incredible developing a recovery plan and exercises to get me back to normal, and even better in some ways than I was before my traumatic accident and surgery. She definitely spends the time to focus on my specific needs, rather than just going down a checklist or what “the book” says to do for my general injuries. We have even detoured off of my leg injury to take care of other preexisting injuries that needed some attention. They truly care to focus on the needs of your whole body, knowing that is what you need in the long run...rather than only working on the specific thing that may have brought you in originally (my broken leg, in this case). A huge thanks to Abby, Casey, and Abbie for the great work they’re doing here!

I've been working with Empower PT for a few months now. When I started, I had constant back pain caused by years of activity and competitive tennis.Empower started with the very basics to restore everything from the right breathing to the right movement. I appreciate how they start with the basics before progressing to more complex movements.I'm already feeling a lot better and think I have the tools needed to continue on a positive path to recover and restored ability to do full activity. Thanks to the Empower PT team and looking forward to continuing to work with them!

I have been very happy with the service, treatments and support I have received at Empower Physical Therapy and Pilates. They have been welcoming, understanding and supportive during all of my sessions. I am so happy to finally find someone who is trying to figure out and address the underlying cause of my symptoms not just treat the symptoms for the short term. I highly recommend Empower PT and Pilates to anyone looking for skilled physical therapy and pilates services.

These ladies are the best in the business! I started coming in for PT sessions for my hips and they have never felt better. Abby and Casey have so much knowledge and have fixed all my problem areas, from my head to my toes! They also suggested Pilates with Abbie to regain my strength and mobility, it has been the best thing for my body. Abbie is the best instructor I have ever come across. Do not hesitate to come here, you will not be disappointed! 15/10 Stars!

After running for the past 10 years, I suddenly developed terrible knee and back pain. In the hopes of avoiding surgery or a lifetime of pain medication, I turned to Casey and Abbie for help. They were patient and empathetic in listening to my frustrations and reassured me that they would be able to get me back into my running shoes again. With a combination of dry needling and PT exercises, I’m finally back to running. In addition, they’ve helped me improve my back and shoulder pain, taught me how to stand and sit with good posture, and how to breathe correctly. Thank you Empower PT for helping me feel confident with my body again!

I am so grateful for the Empower PT and Pilates team. Casey and Abby were wonderful PTs and knew exactly how to help me with SI joint, pelvic floor, and low back issues! They listened each time I came in and went right to work exactly where I needed it most. After PT I did Pilates and Abbie was an excellent instructor! I was always amazed how she could spot minute misalignment and help me correct my form. I have been able to continue on the trajectory they helped me get on and have felt great!

Casey helped me four years ago when I first tore tendons in my left shoulder. I was incredibly weak and in a lot of pain and with Casey's help I was able to gain strength, range of motion and reduce my pain so much I avoided surgery. So when a few months ago I was once again in pain, the tears had worsened, I had an additional issue with my right shoulder and I had a lot of joint inflammation throughout my body, going back to Empower PT was definitely the smart choice.I had tried to go to other physical therapists that my insurance would cover but they made things worse each week and I would always think about Empower. Coming back to Empower with Casey and now Abby has helped my pain so much. They treat the whole body and also discuss nutrition to help with inflammation. I love that appointments are an hour long and can include dry needling with electric stimulation. Dry needling with electric stimulation has been a huge help in my pain management. A part of me wishes they took insurance so my visits could be covered but I think that would compromise the quality of care they provide. Insurances create red tape and limitations with authorizations and I dont want to fight for authorization for pain relief and rehabilitation.Even if I end up having surgery one day for my issues, it won't be the surgery that fixes me, it'll be Casey and Abby.
