I wanted to wait for a couple of weeks to see how I liked it. The classes are 30 minutes and Saturday's are 45 minutes. The workouts are set up in stations and you rotate through the circuits. There's a mix of battle ropes, free weights, Trx, bikes and body weight exercises. What I like is the workout seems to go by quickly. I can warm up, do a full work body workout and cool down and get on with my day. The coaches are great, they will motivate you and help check your form. 5 stars!

FBBC has really motivated me to get back into taking care of myself and my body. 30 minute workouts was exactly what I needed with my hectic schedule. Ever since I started, I have been feeling much better and getting stronger with each work out. The coaches are amazing in helping you get the most out of those 30 minutes - pushing you to not give up but also not judging you if you just can't do it YET! I am very happy I joined the family.

I started working out at FBBC in Jan. 2022 and have lost 40lbs in 7 months. The environment is super friendly and not intimidating at all, and the classes move quickly and easily fit into a busy schedule. This gym is a great spot to find a fitness community where the coaches know your name and you feel personally supported.

Love Love LOVE this gym! The workouts seem so simple, but after 30 mins I’m completely wrecked. These guys know their stuff. My schedule is so crazy, but I can always count on being in/out in 30 mins AND get a great workout in. No other place I’ve been to has been able to do that effectively. The coaches are amazing and the other members are real people - not fitness fanatics. No judgement, come-as-you-are people, and it’s so refreshing to see everyone pushing themselves no matter where they are on their health journey. :)

Love it here! I finally found a place that I can commit to! The schedule options are great for a busy mom! Let alone a quick and effective 30 min workout! Coaches are awesome! Everyone is so friendly! I completed the 28 day challenge and I feel so much stronger! Be ready to sweat!! So worth it!

I highly recommend! This is the first workout I've truly committed to in years - the trainers make the workouts challenging and fun while also creating and nurturing a great community of members. If you are looking for a reasonable price,Come to this boot camp.Im so lazy to workout alone at the gym or at home lol... but with Emily and Maddie they keep me motivated and im not bored or give up after 10mins....The best part is they have the month to month if you dont want to make a contract...and 3 days free for you to try... love it!!!!!
