I have attended various workshops that Wendy has offered and each one was truly transformational in ways. We also did one on one coaching which was great!Hands down my favorite have always been the Chakradance workshops but she is also an incredible yoga instructor. Honestly, it is such a pleasure doing any of her classes and workshops that I even signed up for 2 overnight retreats with her (1 in March of 2023 in Mexico and 1 in June of 2023 in Colorado)!So grateful and happy every time I am in a class with her that clearly I will travel across country and out of the country for her workshops, classes and retreats!
