Nice, clean, good variety of equipment.But a gym without a real hack squat can't get 5 stars.

Decent gym, machines, free weights, treadmills, elipticles, row machines, reclined cycles. Equipment in good condition, large locker room with sauna. Clean place not overcrowded which is why I left my previous gym.If you're looking for a Personal trainer I highly recommend Jake! 5 stars. He is passionate about what he does and truly cares about achieving your personal fitness goals. Jake is very knowledgeable and educated in fitness and nutrition and truly wants to help.

I absolutely love this gym. So much cleaner than any gym I’ve been too. Peyton was super helpful setting up my membership and showing me the facility. Equipment is great and so is the basketball court.

Great gym. Good for all ages and experience levels. Plenty of equipment that in my opinion is “modern”. I see a lot of people saying “outdated equipment” and no idea what they’re talking about—it’s not purchased yesterday but it’s also definitely not an old school bodybuilding gym. They keep it clean and have been responsive. I made a request to repair a bench and they had it fixed within a few days. Everything you need to hit your goals here, plus they even have a half court basketball court for casual shooting around. I’ll be a member as long as I am living in the area.

In my lifetime, sports and running were my passion until I turned 50 and found myself not able to keep up with it — due to time and work constraints as well as a large family and me as the mother who holds it all together. I lost my motivation and my health suffered as a result.I decided to purchase a six-month training program at my local gym to get back in shape, knowing that it would take time and tons of motivation, but that I was worth it. I was finding through menopause I was not as sure-footed as I used to be when I hiked and did normal outdoor activities prior. Rebecca takes the time to explain how nutrition, sleep, water, stretching, and hormones affect the body and how we can best combat obstacles with great workouts and monitoring! She is also my biggest cheerleader, is proud when I hit personal bests and walks alongside me in this journey as my north star, shining bright!Since I began with Rebecca, I have added lean body mass and am beginning to understand how best to take care of my body holistically for a long active life. *Edit* To be fair, once Zach, the General Manager, became aware of the situation described below (as a result of him reading this review, mind you, not through his staff contacting him) he promptly and fully resolved the issue. It should not have risen to that level however. Therefore, I have increased the star rating, but I choose not to entirely remove the review since it is a factual recounting of events which resulted in unnecessary and considerable time, effort, and stress on our part. *Edit*I've been a member since Day 1 including continuing to pay dues throughout the pandemic when we couldn't use the facilities. My spouse met with a trainer on Saturday and signed up for a training program. On Sunday, she decided to cancel and physically took a letter to the front desk to effect the cancellation. By law, one has 72 hours to cancel this type of contract as is clearly stated in BOLD print in the contract. Prestige/Zone failed to notify the trainer of the cancellation and the trainer sent her a program on Monday. They are now refusing to cancel the contact and charging her $800 for the initial "free" consultation with the trainer and because "a service has been provided in the form of the training plan." We will be reporting them to the BBB, and the Colorado Attorney General's Office and will see them in Small Claims Court if this matter is not promptly resolved.

Jacob at the front desk was very helpful with finding membership information. I’d come back just to see him. Otherwise the gym is very clean and not very crowded. Everyone is friendly. #memberforlife

I have been a member at this gym since 2021. This is the only gym that I have ever had a membership at where it is a COMMON OCCURRENCE for a treadmill to just STOP on you mid stride. There is no rhyme or reason to it. It could be any of the treadmills. One is essentially rolling the dice and risking an injury if utilizing a treadmill at this gym. Prestige, PLEASE stop being cheap and invest in new treadmills and protect your customers from injury and yourself from unnecessary liability. This has been an issue for multiple years now. I would give a one star if the rest of the gym was not decent.02/22/2023Prestige management has reached out to me on two separate occasions. They have stated that both types/brands of treadmills have been fixed by their maintenance team. The issue was something to do with a power switch that was loose and causing the treadmills to stop suddenly. I appreciate and respect the team at for Prestige taking this matter seriously and correcting the issue.

Great gym. They recently got a bunch of new equipment. Added another Olympic platform and another cable station. Despite what other reviews have said, I’ve never noticed equipment down for more than a week, which seems reasonable to me given the need to order parts and what not. The manager and staff are always friendly and greet me by name when they see me. The other members are friendly as well and I never have any issues using/sharing equipment for my workout. Definitely recommend this gym over 24 Hour Fitness or anything else in the area.
