Contracted Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga for an event at our university. Overall the class went really well, but that was after a really rough morning. There was not great communication between the manager we talked to on the phone and the one who came to our event, so many details of our event were not conveyed to the one who showed up. Because of this, the manager who showed up, was rude and very aggressive in his handling of the situation, which was all directed at a female volunteer. After this snafu, everything went well, but it is really hard to overlook the disrespect and aggression that the event began with, which also felt to be mixed with misogyny.

I did yoga as a team building activity with 20 people and we loved it. The instructor is fabulous and all the while the guys working with the goats were on point when picking up the inevitable poo and occasional pee. As long as you respect their space and remember they are animals and have hooves you will have a very memorable time! Lots of smiles and giggles the whole time.

A one of a kind experience! Staff was super nice and did a great job facilitating and teaching. It was advertised as ‘baby goat’ yoga, so I expected much smaller goats than were there. But they were still friendly and playful, just quite heavy when they jumped up on our backs! (And I’m not a petite person) The class was the perfect length, not too long and not too short. Just wished the photo ops at the end were better planned out. I think that’s half the reason most people go anyway 😉Overall, it’s a must try experience!

For anyone considering, despite what their website says this is most definitely NOT for all ages.Me and my wife took our 3 year old son to the location at aspen grove in littleton because he is very passionate about all animals and we thought it would be an awesome experience for him. Right off the bat the employees were very rude, especially about the fact that we had brought a child, as if their website doesn't say it's great for all ages? Never before has a place made me feel more unwelcome with my family. We ended up just calling it quits and leaving before the class started because of all of the terrible looks and comments being made by the employees. The instructor even made an announcement to single out my family about behavior around the goats because they're so fragile and scare easy. If that's the case why don't they mention this before you pay for a class and bring your kid? Our child is very well behaved but is still a 3 year old boy. $72 down the drain. Would not recommend for a family, at least this location.

The goatflix and chill is such a fun concept but the one we attended started an hour late and was preceded by a long winded speech about I don’t know what but the whole time I was thinking this was a big mistake.
