Transform Gym

Best gym experience by far. The cleanliness was impressive, and the atmosphere was truly uplifting. The positive energy among the staff and members created a motivating environment for my workouts. Not to mention, the gym had the best equipment I've seen, making my training sessions even more effective. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness facility.

My girlfriend and I have been going to this gym prior to the ownership change. And it was a great gym. New management has changed this from a great gym to one of the top 2 Gyms in Denver. The gym is really clean and has great machines (heard they are adding more). Also the staff is really friendly and helpful.

I LOVE this gym. The vibes are great, the staff and owner are amazing, the equipment is new and everything is always clean. On top of all that there was no contract or initial fee which was huge for me. And they offer a military a discount with is also super nice :)

Erin is absolutely amazing and one of the nicest most knowledgeable people when it comes to fitness. Some people here are salty and not nice so they feel the need to slander and try and "cancel" a great business. The gym is clean and well kept and there is plenty of equipment for people to use. Definitely check this gym out

As someone who knew Erin from the beginning, I just had to check out her gym. I was blown away at the amount of equipment, the availability of staff to answer questions, and the overall feeling of being home even though I am not in the best shape of my life. They value each person who walks through the door and go for the common goal of helping everyone to be their best. Great job, Transform Gym! thanks for reminding us it takes one day at a time!

From the moment we walked in, we new we’d love it here. From the friendly staff, to the equipment, to clean environment it was a breath of fresh air. So many commercial gyms now days are filled with people that want to goof off, mistreat equipment and throw weights around….NOT here. People take their workouts seriously. You get what you pay for at a small family owned gym too vs commercial. 10/10 recommend. We’ve loved it since joining.

My girlfriend and I flew from NC to visit Denver and had an awesome workout while we were here!I mentioned to the person working at thr front that I had met Erin at the 2023 Arnold Classic and they even waived my day pass fee!As for the gym itself, it has all the standard equipment plus a fee speciality machines (best way to describe it).LIGHTING IS GREAT!!!

First off, I love all of the equipment in the gym and love that they are continually improving the gym with new machines. Everyone there is super friendly and the vibes are fantastic!! The owner is by far the nicest person I have ever met and super helpful with any questions I’ve had. The gym is never too crowded and the bathrooms are always spotless. Lastly you can beat that it is open 24/7 for those early morning or late night lifts!

I absolutely love this gym. When I first stepped foot in Transform, I immediately felt at home. For the first time in a long time, I can say I found a gym that feels truly fitting for me. Not only do they have amazing equipment, but their staff and community is phenomenal. Thank you for making my experience the best it could be, I’ll stay here forever!

Happy to see a gym like this pop up close to us! It’s such a great environment and all the staff are very friendly and personable, especially Erin who owns this gym. It’s not everyday you get to meet owners of an establishment who take a moment to get to know you as you’re trying out the gym. My husband and I felt very impacted by that as Erin and Brian both got to know us a little bit when we visited. Highly recommend visiting!
