Reliable, consistent quality of classes, cleanliness of facilities and kind people abound. I like knowing class will start and end “on time” and I won’t be late for my next thing. I like to sweat. Absolutely recommend HYA. Such a delightful front desk staff & super clean, state of the art facility. No matter what class I take, I come away a whole lot better than when I went in, both physically & mentally. Whether it’s the tried & true 26/2, HIIT, hot flow, power flow, or yin classes, all are taught by top quality instructors who really care about their students.

Every single person who works there is warm and welcoming and funny and helpful and caring. Every class I’ve ever attended there has been dope. The specials y’all offer make it really affordable. And then people who practice there are really friendly and welcoming too - not cliquey or exclusive or competitive. Basically, the vibe is just awesome.
