I LOVE Hot Yoga and recommend it to all my friends whenever possible. It has been an integral part of my health restoration program. I can't over emphasize the role it has played in my return to vibrant health, strength, and well-being.

HYA is such an amazing gathering of people. The staff, teachers and other attendees are incredibly welcoming from day one! The community they have created is part of why it feels like a second home and family. It’s evident that the teachers have an immense passion and deep knowledge base for what they do and they share this with us in each class. With such a variety of class styles, there is something for everyone or any moment. Since the pandemic, the HYA team has clearly been putting in the work to provide live stream classes, keeping all of us yogis stuck at home off the couches and on our mats. Thank you so much HYA team! You’re the best!

Hot Yoga Asheville is the studio where I turned my body's physical health around this past year. I'm a retired, high performance athlete and have been trying yoga since 1997, off and on. I didn't feel in harmony with yoga and got injured from it. This past year I felt change needed to happen and I asked my body, 'what physical activity do you need love?' and it replied 'yoga'. I listened and choose HYA, and it's been incredible. The instructors are AMAZING. They actually know yoga and know it expertly! They describe the set up to the positions beautifully with so much knowledge and in unique ways that you retain. They talk you through the poses and alignments so gracefully and clearly. My body and I love the class variety, the teachers and how helpful and warm and loving everyone is. I've lost weight that wasn't required, gained amazing tone and strength (diminished my extra cellulite!!!). Walking up stairs, hills and mountains has gotten way way easier and I feel stronger. I have better flexibility in my joints and shoulders and hip flexors. I have more stamina during exercise and can power through more sports that I didn't have the energy for before I started with HYA. The instructors are cute, funny, present, experts, and full of love and respect for the practice of Yoga. Thank you HYA!!!!!!! Lots of love to you!

I attend classes taught by Lillah. She is an excellent instructor. Because she understands alignment better than any yoga instructor I have ever had, her classes are extremely helpful. I have a much better understanding of my body and how to improve my yoga practice. She welcomes questions and always explains things.Lillah is the best.

The best yoga studio in Asheville! I began my practice @ HYA over a year and a half ago and the positive changes that have happened to my mind and body are amazing. The teachers are all extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. HYA is extremely clean as well. Hot Yoga Asheville studio and fellow yogis have become my second family❤

I highly recommend HYA! I was hooked from my first class. The teachers are extremely friendly and encouraging. They let you know during class that if anything gets too tough, you can do easier variations. Listen to your knees! The facilities are clean and fresh. I love this place.

This was my first experience with hot yoga and it will not be my last! The instructors encourage students to listen to their bodies and lay on their mat when needed, they also encourage a unique form of looking meditation throughout the practice, and they give a very warm welcome (pun intended) from the moment you walk in. What took the experience from great to incredible was the cold lavender towel at the end!

Hot Yoga Asheville has such an amazing variety of teachers who encourage and inspire all their students. Throughout this pandemic, Hot Yoga Asheville has only become a stronger community. The online video library is updated weekly with tons of classes you can stream in your own time frame. Plus, Hot Yoga Asheville continues to provide live classes daily. I highly recommend the studio!

It’s HOT 🥵 Yoga for sure!! I’ve tried other places in Asheville and nothing compares! The classes are hard but good for any level from beginner to novice. If you just want to get in a good workout or you want to build on your skills then HYA is the place for you. And no it doesn’t stink...I get asked that all the time. It’s very clean, the people are friendly and there’s a nice dressing area as well with a shower if you need it.

I began going to classes at HYA about six weeks before the pandemic struck. I was hooked from my first class - the quality of the classes, the beauty and cleanliness of the space, the connection I felt with the instructors and staff, not to mention other members - I've never experienced anything like it. Their grace, hard work, adaptability, and communicative efforts throughout the process of closing for the pandemic and moving to virtual and online classes has been unparalleled. Rather than feel disconnected during this time, I feel more like a member of the community than ever. I love the monthly challenges and the variety of classes keeps my body and brain interested in the workouts. I cannot recommend this studio and group of professionals highly enough.
