Pay for a membership and got here at 6 a.m. gates are locked and closed. Tighten up. The manager confronted made up for not being open on time. I've been back numerous times since then staff is very helpful.

I’ll start out by saying the outdoor and under canopy riding are both next level, very dialed lines. They groom it well and always make sure it’s good to go before opening up. But $20 for a spectator is a little ridiculous in my opinion. Most people that are spectating are going to drink a beer or two and possibly buy a shirt. The second day we were there, an older gentleman came about 10 minutes before closing to pick up his kid that had been riding with some buddies. The woman at the front chased him down and told him he’d have to pay $20 to spectate although he was only there for a brief period. I understand times are hard, but if you’re sitting on the sideline not using the jumps or amenities (porta potty only during these fun pandemic times) and aren’t contributing to wear and tear of the trails, you shouldn’t have to cough up the entire fee. Maybe $5?? Come on Riveter. Do better.

Beautiful space, welcoming community, and a great vibe. I just came by to get a tour — I work in the climbing industry — and I was blown away. In a perfect world maybe a few things would be different, but that's the case for every facility. All in all, spectacular.
