Clean, welcoming facility. Great walls and routes. Kilter board, even a partial speed wall. Many auto belays, and staff is helpful for getting belay certs done. They have a prow with longer boulder problems, and they also have a retail with gear, and a bar. Pretty convenient, near the airport.

WOW! I am totaly blown away by this facility. First and foremost, some of the best routesetting east of the mississippi. Highly intelligent routes and graded with accuracy. They have tons of Auto belays up to 5.12, great for warming up. Then tons of great top rope routes focusing on the 5.10-11 range. Lead wall looked great but I didn't climb it. Bouldering section was vast, plenty of each grade. They are graded precisely and not as a range, huge plus. There's one big section of overhang, and two sections of slab. There is a really cool traverse wall with 4 routes graded from 5.9-5.12 and they are accurate. The traverse wall is in the kids section, so parents can use it while the kids romp.Facility is sparkling clean, everything appears new, modern holds, some of which are the new realistic rock ones that make you feel like you're outside. Also there's a bar in the middle of the gym, super cool.To top it off, I met the owner while we were both climbing, and he seemed like an incredible guy, super down to earth and easy and fun to talk to. I also made some new friends/contacts who seem really cool. I was happy to drive 5 hours each way to visit this gym, and I'll gladly do it again. 10/10 on every aspect of this place.

Great place to climb. The staff is super pro and helpful, the facilities are immaculate and the route-setting is great. Great community, can’t say enough good things about it, just hope they can one day set up a location north of town, but that is a totally selfish desire. The drive can be a bear if you want to go after work, but I understand why they put it outside of Buncombe County.
