Amazing facility and friendly staff. Major complaint with the explicit lyric music they are playing with tons of kids under 12 riding. Hesitant to return as my kids are now asking more questions about the bad words they heard than the experience of riding. Shame.

This place is beyond amazing! The activities are what brings you here, but it’s is the staff that keeps you coming back! Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating on every level. I really don’t think that I have had a better experience at a business than here. We will definitely be coming back, and bringing friends. Thank you all for making this an absolutely amazing experience!!

Awesome gym but I'm surprised I haven't seen any reviews mentioning the boulder problems not having ratings. We come to this gym often and there are always a section of problems not marked. That's a bit frustrating...

Extensive tracks, knowledgeable staff, and a great community of riders! Everything about this place is great for riders of all ages and experience levels. They even have a rock climbing wall and a tap room for adults when they're done with their activities.

One of the best climbing gyms I’ve ever been to. Staff is very friendly, other climbers are always happy and friendly- it’s a great community. BTW, the route setting is bar none!

Worst climbing gym experience in my 35 years of climbing indoors (and outdoors). Staff member doing belay test was so condescending we were in disbelief. We were told that we needed to use their belay technique (no problem) but were told that technically they could not show us their standard. WTH? You can’t demonstrate your standard belay technique so I can model the technique and perform it without flaw. It took over 1-1/2 hours to get my buddy checked out on lead … and for me to get checked out on top rope belay. Really?! At one point, staff member asked me if I had a license which I produced for him … he said, “I don’t need your license, but you have to follow the rules of the road to get and keep your license”. I have been driving and climbing longer than the staff member has been alive. (Former Camp Director, Ropes Course Director and Project Adventure and ACCT certified for over a dozen years). I asked him to show me the standard he would like us to model, and he said he couldn’t do that. He also told my friend that he would have to pay the staff if he wanted to be shown the belay technique.I travelled two hours to meet my daughter who goes to the gym from time-to-time … spent half the time with this staff member who was on a total POWER TRIP and was completely CONSESCENDING. I am still in disbelief … he refunded our fees but that was probably only to save the Riveter from this Google Review. Everyone else at the gym was friendly and delightful by the way; but the damage was done. I will NEVER recommend your gym after this experience. Want more info, email me … I’d be delighted to share. 😡. I’d give y’all ‘0’ stars if I could.

Amazing amazing place!! The community here is Iike no other: very welcoming and non-judgmental. What happens when you bring people who like to climb, bike, and do yoga? A group of people that are each humbled by people of the other sport. The community is awesome but also is the shop, the front desk, the people at the bar, and the super cool management.

Absolutely incredible facility right next to Sierra Nevada that has an incredible climbing facility and amazing mountain biking jump lines. The facility contains a bar in the center as well. Highly highly recommend travelling here if you are a climber or rider anywhere even close to the area. It is an unbeatable experience!

Amazing staff and facility! As a beginner in all areas, I always feel apprehensive starting something new. Everyone, the community included, are always helpful, positive, and welcoming. The staff always makes sure we have everything we need. At one point, they even asked what music we preferred to listen to while climbing. So accommodating! The Riveter is so dedicated to quality that my fiancé and I would be happy to pay extra to support such an amazing space (even though we don’t have to because the prices are incredible for what you get). We are proud to have The Riveter in our area!
