Our neighbors around the corner, Adventure Athlete, provide a wonderful physical movement education program oriented towards the outdoors to really help students get into their bodies and move around! Brad and Jesslyn are fun, welcoming instructors accommodating students of all abilities and physical limitations. Highly recommended! You will walk away feeling strong and ready for any adventure.

What?!?! Exercise is fun?!?! Yes it is with Brad! I just finished up a 6 week course and feel stronger and more confident in my movement and body. I highly recommend Adventure Athlete to anyone who dislikes gyms and monotonous exercising.

Brad is amazing!! I’ve been seeing him for about a year and he’s really helped me get into shape. He tailored a workout for me that specifically helped me reach my goals for an archery elk hunt I had planned for the year. He’s a great motivator and he’s flexible with my crazy work schedule. Brad is an amazing coach -- so professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging. I love my small group class with him -- it's fun, adventurous, and we are always learning new skills that I would never learn in a traditional gym, like jumping, crawling, and swinging a mace. Training outdoors is a major plus as well. Brad encourages us to set heroic goals for ourselves - strength, skill building, stamina, balance, endurance, etc. As a woman, it's really empowering to work out in an environment that is primarily focused on what I can DO rather than weight loss or looks, but Brad is also supportive of whatever personal milestones we want to set for ourselves. I highly recommend Brad's services if you want to get out of a traditional gym and learn functional, natural fitness that will serve you in all aspects of daily life.

I have been training with Adventure Athlete for over a year now and I can honestly say it has been fantastic! Brad is so knowledgeable and encouraging. I don’t consider myself an athlete really but we work toward goals in a challenging and fun way that is always accessible. I love that the ‘gym’ is usually outside and is based in natural movements. Now that I’m a mom in my forties, I felt like I needed help to stay strong and motivated. He has me doing stuff I never would have tried on my own and I feel strong and confident in my body AND as a big plus my joints don’t hurt going up stairs or running. That alone makes it worth it!
