I love Burn Athens. The trainers are very attentive, always willing to help whether it’s to push you to your potential or make modifications that are best for you. The supportive community environment is really what keeps me coming back. I’ve made some great friends while at camp. Everyone is so encouraging, friendly, and welcoming. Burn is the best 45 minutes of my day, most days!

I can’t recommend Burn enough!! If you’re like me and are nervous and hesitant to try something that looks so intimidating, I’m going to tell you to give Burn a try. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming you will instantly feel your nerves leave. The community at Burn is the best I’ve found. The trainers know exactly when to push you to your next level and you will be able to accomplish more than you can imagine! Also the complimentary child watch is amazing, the workers are so friendly and caring. Your children will love watching you workout through the window and you can also peak and see them playing. Come try Burn and see for yourself!

BURN BOOT CAMP really made me fall in LOVE with fitness!! Nothing compares to the Burn experience!Just 45 minutes of HIIT training is the perfect amount of Endorphins and Adrenaline to really make you feel Heatly and FitThe workout alone is ALWAYS challenging, the variety in the workouts keep me working NEW muscles, and I'm learning my strengths by pushing myself HARDERThe TRAINERS ALONE are truly amazing, Constantly encouraging me to be stronger, faster, more agile, increased mobility, ability to stretch daily, most of all More CONFIDENCE in myself.Such an amazing feeling to be able to give and receive compliments and support from others who are Busting their Butts just as hard as me!!Making new and lasting friendships with such amazing people.Always holding each other accountable, pushing each other to work harder, lift heavier, run faster!!Love MY BURN FAMILY!!

Burn is by far the best gym I’ve ever joined! I love the people, the energy, the Burn gear, and the trainers are awesome. I look forward to these challenging yet rewarding workouts everyday! I love how it’s never the same workout. Keeps it engaging and fun!

The vibes there are fantastic!!! The workouts are intense, but the instructors are brilliant at modifying if you need it! I get the BEST workouts I've ever had in my life. And all of the instructors and staff are encouraging, energetic, and excellent at their craft! I can't wait to go back!

I love Burn Athens! I’ve been a member for 3 years. I love that I don’t have to think about the workouts and simply have to make the decision to show up. Absolutely love the mix of strength and cardio!As a former athlete, I really welcome the challenge the trainers offer such as increasing weight or adding an extra challenge to the exercise we are doing.Big fan of the “all ages all stages” mantra at Burn. The workout can be modified to whatever you need it to be whether it be age related or injury related. They always want to help you be able to do the workout in a safe manor.One of the things they say they offer is “one-on-one training in a group setting.” This is so true! The trainers get to know you and learn your fitness level in order to push you and also modify exercises when you need it.While there are focus meetings to measure your weight, body fat %, and muscle mass, they also focus on the importance of nutrition along with consistent exercise. With this, non-scale victories (NSV) are very celebrated. A few I’ve had over the years include being able to do multiple push ups from my toes (previously could do maybe one or two with poor form), being able to do double unders, and just general increase in mobility and flexibility!Highly recommend! You can try burn out for free for 7 days!
