Wow!! CFO is awesome! I recently joined after leaving another box and CFO is amazing. They have great programming; lots of equipment; coaches that are engaging and thoughtful; tons of space; clean facilities; and friendly members. I highly recommend them without reservation. Come give them a try! You'll be glad you did.

This is the best gym filled with top notch coaches, equipment, and community! I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but Oconee leaves them all behind in the welcoming environment, knowledgeable coaches and staff, pristine and decorative building, fun events, and all of the members that encourage each other.

I hate gyms, but LOVE CrossFit Oconee. A great community of coaches and athletes that are welcoming and friendly. I’ve lost fat, gained muscle, had fun, and made new friends. In addition to traditional classes they have a Sweat class, nutrition coaching, and even a sauna. The facility is top notch.

I started going to CrossFit Oconee in early February 2020. The gym had to shut down for several weeks because of Covid19 outbreak right after I started. The coaches created at home WOD's and continued to communicate with all of their athletes during this time. I was excited when the gym reopened to get back to in person training. I enjoy the classes and have met quite a few new friends,. The coaches and owners are all great. Anyone looking for a CrossFit Gym in the Athens area, needs to visit CrossFit Oconee.

I am New to the whole crossfit thing, having only started in February of 2020. In the past, I have gone to numerous "cookie cutter" gyms and just never really liked the feeling of isolated workouts. I often joined up only to stop going after a few weeks.CrossFit Oconee is different!! I love CrossFit Oconee... CFO creates a family feel when entering the gym. You work out with your peers, have the flexibility of adjusting workouts to your level, and are motivated to push yourself by coaches and peers that cheer you on! The workouts are never boring and I have yet to do the same workout twice.The coaching staff is very knowledgeable and will never talk down to you when asking "newbie" questions. The ownership is in touch with their clients and are often found working out alongside them.I can't speak for other Crossfit gyms in the area, but I can say that CFO has earned our family's business and more importantly, respect! You should give them a try sometime!

Absolutely Love this place!!You will not find better coaches anywhere!Every single coach is amazing.Not only will they give you the corrections needed for good form, they will encourage you every step of the way!!!The members will make you feel like your not the new person but make sure you feel comfortable:)I truly have nothing negative to say about Crossfit Oconee.I love love this place .. which I call my home and family.Please give it a try; you won’t be disappointed!!Oh yeah, don’t worry if your a bit older like myself ,I’m 57,the coaches wit help you scale down the movements until your ready:)

Great place to train! CrossFit Oconee has a great staff, everyone is friendly and willing to help you individually at any given time during the workouts. They provide the best of both worlds, you receive lots of one on one coaching while at the same time you can engage in friendly competition within your class. CrossFit Oconee pushes me further than I am willing to go if I train solo. My strength numbers as well as my running times continue to improve the longer I am at CrossFit Oconee.Dave and Katie Sells
