Five Points Yoga is wonderful. I am over 40 and a runner (~15 miles a week when not training for a half marathon), so recovery has slowed down for me—aches and pains are a regular fact of life. I started going to a stretching class about …

I love Five Points Yoga and have been going for a few years now. I love the variety of instructors and how welcome I feel in class or around the studio. They are such knowledgeable professionals yet light at heart and non judgemental, kind and loving. Plus the yoga teacher training does NOT cut corners; you get the full deal!!

I visited 5 Points Yoga for the first time last weekend, and I LOVED it. I haven’t taken a yoga class in years, but I felt totally comfortable and at ease. I walked away feeling the best that I’ve felt in a really long time - mentally and physically. Lindsey is incredible and really made my time there so comfortable. I’ll be back, because I realized that it’s exactly what I needed in my life. 💕

I started attending classes at Five Points Yoga years ago when I'd visit family in the neighbourhood.During CoViD lockdown, I discovered their online classes and now benefit from the convenience of being able to take my practice ANYWHERE.The instructors are knowledgeable, dedicated and just outright fun.Every session is serious yoga instruction with a warm friendly southern spin. Highly recommended. You will not feel regret.

Five Points Yoga is a wonderful community. I felt welcomed and accepted the minute I walked in the door. I've now been a member for almost 2 months and have experienced many different classes with at least 5 different instructors. It's impossible to pick a favorite. They all have exceeded my expectations in every way - excellent instruction, delivered from a place of strong experience and loving-kindness. The availability of live-streaming for most classes is a great service. I highly recommend Five Points Yoga.
