Nancy is such a joy to have as a trainer! She pushes you to a new level, yet doesn’t do anything unmanageable! I’ve lifted my heaviest within my sessions with her. She is also extremely understanding of cancellations, understanding we are all human! Highly recommend if you are someone new to the fitness world and wanting a more personal connection.

My time with Nancy was absolutely amazing! She created a workout plan that was tailored to my goals; not only did she help me reach these goals but she also boosted my confidence by focusing on physical progress rather than numbers. I was always excited to go to my workouts and never regretted any workout with her. I was able to see myself get stronger and gain stamina throughout my time with her. She is a very personable trainer that you will instantly feel comfortable around and she will not push you too far like some trainers tend to do. Nancy is much more than a personal trainer! She’s a cheerleader, a motivator, and an incredibly passionate individual. Working with her for the past couple of years has been life changing. With her support and encouragement I’ve been able to achieve my fitness goals and fall in love with exercise. My health journey has had ups and downs, but Nancy has always been there to meet me where I’m at. She provided a listening ear and guidance during and outside workouts. Nancy has been a phenomenal fitness coach/trainer! She is always quick to respond to my texts if I ever have any questions regarding meals, snacks, workouts, etc. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to help guide you on your fitness journey. She will give you all the tools you need to better yourself. Another great thing she offers is virtual workouts. I live three hours away from where she is located and being able to do workouts with her virtually have been incredibly nice! Nancy is so sweet and her pricing is also very affordable as well. Nancy was really good at communicating with me and and was flexible with my school schedule. Nancy's personalized workouts are now the workouts I do on my own time. Seriously Nancy is the best. Our workout sessions are challenging and never boring. She’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain each exercise; focusing on form. In the few months of workouts with Nancy, I’ve gained more strength and muscle than my 3+ years practicing Pilates!
