Justin has been Great! I’ve been working with him for about a month and he’s been really helpful. He’s great about adjusting to what my goals are and is even willing to help out of the gym giving me a starter workout plan to workout on the days I’m not training! The gym is great too, lots of top shelf equipment.

I would very highly recommend Justin Carter to anyone in search of a physical trainer in the Athens area. As a senior citizen, I have taken advantage of Justin’s expertise and training talents for the past 3-4 years, and it has helped me greatly. Justin takes the time to truly learn the needs of each of his clients, then creates an individually customized workout plan to fit those needs and goals. In addition, Justin is just a great family oriented guy, that is enjoyable to be around. As a result, I always look forward to my sessions with him when I am in town.

I can't recommend Justin highly enough. He's kind, down to earth, and incredibly knowledgeable about working out safely. It has been so refreshing to train with someone who deeply cares about his clients' individual needs. If you are someone with a previous injury (like a herniated disc, in my case), he will take that into account and design a program that is right for you and your body. Whether you are starting from square one, and have never stepped foot in a gym before, or you are a seasoned gym veteran - he will meet you right where you are.

Justin is a very perceptive, insightful and encouraging trainer. I went to him to correct my posture and get some posterior chain activation. He kept track of my progress in a journal, knowing exactly how much weight was required each time to help push my limits. He offered some insights like strength appearing before appearance and taking a break mid-set and completing it without losing req-quality. He knew exactly how to adjust exercises if I did not feel activation in the expected muscle groups. I came out of my month long training stronger with more stamina.

Justin is awesome!!! I started working out with him over 6 months ago and can honestly say my outlook on the gym has changed so much. He is so great about not only having a good workout, but making sure you understand how and why certain things work better than others. He was so flexible with scheduling (and re-scheduling) around my school work. Cannot recommend him enough. 10/10

Justin does an amazing job training. He’s personable, creates a good custom program that pushes you to succeed, and is all around a good trainer. Definitely recommend to anyone, experienced or not, for training.
