Wonderful experience in 200 hour yoga teacher program. I travelled all the way from Lawrenceville to participate in this one of a kind program. I highly recommend Rubber Soul Yoga to everyone on any level. It will transform your life.

I started coming to Rubber Soul as a total beginner yogi and have always felt welcomed and a sense of belonging-ness at the studio. I learned everything I know here! If you are on the market for karma free yoga and authentic human interaction then you have come to the right place!

If I could give this place a million stars I would! There is not another place that is like Rubber Soul; it is more than just a yoga studio. It is a place for community, love to be given and received, story telling, clowning around, and expressing ourselves in whatever way that suites us! My most meaningful friendships have stemmed from bonding with other RS students and are the relationships that have gotten me through to where I am today. On top of all of that, the ASANA (physical poses of yoga) aspect is the cherry on top. Come here to experience bliss!

I absolutely adore this place. I took an extended hiatus from my yoga practice, so I was a bit intimidated to get back into a yoga class. However, Call is an incredibly competent instructor, and I found myself flowing with ease. He is able to cultivate a a comfortable climate so that you can leave your self-consciousness at the door. I absolutely recommend Rubber Soul Yoga - especially if you attend a gym and have gym fees to pay. Rubber Soul is an affordable and complimentary addition to any weight-lifter's active recovery routine.Also, the atmosphere is just soothing. It is very well maintained, and it is not a highfalutin yoga studio. Come as you are and find yourself on the mat!Btw, mats are provided at the studio - so if you don't have one, or you forget yours, there are definitely mats available for borrowing that are sanitized after each use.

Rubber Soul is like a second home to me. Through the teacher training (Adventure Club) I've met many of my closest friends, and I still make friends there regularly before and after yoga classes. Thanks to the studio's owner, I have a more playful (read: healthy) appreciation of yoga. And all of Athens is enlivened by the clown performances put on or spawned there.Sincerely,Chase

A yoga class IS the greatest $5 investment you could possibly make. Students and those with modest incomes should be flocking to Rubber Soul at mention of this.The owner, Cal, is a very caring and involved person in the community. He keeps rates super low so yoga is accessible to EVERYONE. Yoga is therapy. If you are struggling with mental health, you cannot possibly find a better value than taking a yoga class here. After your first savasana, you’ll be hooked.Unconditional love and wisdom radiate from the kind people who have volunteered to teach at this studio. Sydney, Evan, Chanda and Julie are some of the most loving people I’ve had the pleasure to know! I have been through the 200 hour yoga teacher training program twice, and my whole life has been changed for the better because of it! I have fallen in love with the community of Rubber Soul - my classmates and teachers continue to provide IMMENSE hope to me in my times of despair for the world. and to top it all off.... these are the most affordable yoga classes and training in Athens. I am eternally grateful for the community and space of Rubber Soul Yoga.

I consider Rubber Soul to be my spiritual birth place. I took my first class here 5 years ago, I have been certified for the 200 hour teacher training here, and I have come to know and love the community that centers itself around Rubber Soul. I truly don't know what my life would look like today if it wasn't for Rubber Soul. The $5 classes were perfect for my budget as a UGA student, and as a graduate student, I am extremely grateful that Rubber Soul is able to provide the most affordable, and most enlightening classes in Athens GA!
