The gym is ok. There are rarely wipes to clean anything though. I would leave a better review, but trying to cancel my membership has been ridiculous. It has been the stereotypical behavior you think of about cancelling gym memberships.I joined a different location. Anytime corporate changed my "home club" to this one without asking me. I have never talked to any staff at this location. Then when I told them I wanted to cancel because I don't live close enough to an Anytime Fitness anymore they: 1-suddendly they had no power and I had to work with the club, 2-they told me that they forwarded my request to the club, but I never heard from them, 3-just ignored my emails after that. Now, I have emailed and called this specific location and have not received a response. I resorted to emailing the payment processor in the agreement.I had a decent experience using Anytime Fitness locations all over the country while traveling, but the cancellation experience has completely soured my opinion.

Today I had an awesome consultation experience with the trainer Marlon. He was able to help me on my problem areas and to teach me some new alternate techniques. Very knowledgeable and personable. Exactly what I needed. Thanks Anytime Fitness.

Equipment is well taken care of, but the entire ductwork system is covered in mold.

Edit: This has been resolved for me. However, be extra diligent about canceling if you sign up. Make sure you have it in writing and proof of cancellation. It seems that ownership has changed since I first signed up there and the facilities were nice while I was there so changing my rating but leaving my original review for reference. Find it below.TL;DR DO NOT SIGN UP. IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL.The facility was fine when I went for about a year, but then I moved out of state. I requested a cancellation in person at that time (a year ago) and from what I was told then assumed it was taken care of. Nope. I mainly use my credit card for things so I happened to review my bank account to see that they'd kept charging me for AN ENTIRE YEAR. At this stage in my life, my budget is much tighter so I immediately went to the Anytime Fitness site. There's a form to contact. I did that and no response over the next couple days. I called a couple times and left a voicemail. Nothing. I called my bank and told them to stop payment and ONLY THEN DID THEY CONTACT ME. Like seriously? So I ask them to cancel so I can put it behind me and they ask for proof of contact EVEN THOUGH THEY DON'T HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO EMAIL ON THEIR SITE. So they make it so the only means of contact are basically "untraceable" and then ask for proof so you can cancel. Please don't get screwed like I did. Or if you decide to anyways. When you're ready to cancel, tape a letter to the door, send them a letter, fill out their stupid form, and take a picture of all of it and then do a stop payment so when they contact you then you can send them the proof that you reached out.
