During our membership, we had an amazing experience. The gym has always been clean, staff is very helpful, and has all the equipment we need.The only issue I have currently been experiencing is being able to cancel our membership. I’ve called multiple times and being active duty military it’s been difficult trying to handle this for a while now from California.

I have sent several emails and no response to calls, I work during the day so hard to get there when it is staffed. I need to cancel my membership and i just want a response, NOT another withdrawal out of my account.As a positive the equipment is nice, i just do not live close enough to the location and will be relocating to where there are none around. Seems very bad business to not let someone cancel, borderline unethical. From the reviews it seems like I’m not the only one

Gym is super clean and has all the basics. People are really nice and respectful (everyone racks their weights and is willing to help with a spot). Abundant parking as well and it’s never too crowded.
