The coaches are incredible. They are all very nice, but really push you to dig deep. It’s also impressive that they’re able to remember everyone’s names given how busy it seems to get.The scheduling options are great, and the work out equipment is well maintained and cleaned. All in all, there’s nothing to complain about.

Workout flexible for different levels of ability and ages. Environment is not intimidating - staff is very welcoming. The instructors are incredibly supportive. Like having your own personal trainer basically, but at more affordable price. Facilities are clean.

I enjoy this location very much. The staff are very friendly, and they've put social distancing guidelines in place so classes aren't packed full.

I love OTF! The coaches are all super motivating, and positive. I love that every workout is different! I cancelled my membership once COVID hit, but I’m so glad to be back!

I have a busy schedule as a college student, so having a workout where I can come in, not have to think, and get a quality full body workout in one hour with an energetic coach that pushed you to be your best is invaluable.

I like that I don’t have to create a workout, I just show up and the coach already has a plan.

It's a very engaging workout! You stay busy the whole time which makes the time fly. It's great to know your energy expenditure during the workout and your statistics at the end. The instructor was great with explaining the process before the workout and the statistics at the end for my first class!
