First time ever going and the staff was extremely polite. Ricardo was the person that helped me get set up and was very informative and genuine. Walter was my instructor that along should say a lot. Very patient and a wonderful instructor overall. If you're hesitate about going don't be you will not regret it.

This was my first experience doing martial arts since I was 9 years oldPROS:-flexible locations, you can go to any and try out different instructors you like-facilities relatively clean-instructors and staff working facilities are fairly nice and professional-some instructors I found to be very goodNEUTRAL:-most of the instructors are pretty good in my opinion. 75% of them I liked. The only ones I didn't like were ones that had never competed or stepped into a ring. Some of those guys might have been ok for some basic stuff or people who want to lose weight but overall some I think they thought a bit too highly of their fighting/teaching abilities.-there were some big names coming from UFC but those instructors I didn't find to be superior to ones who had competed in local promotions. If they fought better, it didn't seem to transfer in their ability to instruct/teach. Often these guys were riding on the prestige of the UFC and were not nearly as good as some guys who had done smaller fights (though with stellar records)CONS-little emphasis on wrestling in MMA. All BJJ sparing starts on the ground, which is unrealistic and not even how it works in sport BJJ. But if you want to eventually try sparring for real MMA full rules or even competing, you're out of luck with the offerings here unless you wrestled in high school. Honestly X3 should be able to find someone to teach a wrestling class in the ATL area. BJJ is focused towards sports ju jitsu and not really MMA or even street fights-There should be an MMA class that bridges everything, instead of treating all the disciplines in isolation-You are locked into a yearlong contract which the company who manages gave me a hard time about providing insurance documentation instead of a drivers license after I moved to a different city. There is a cancellation fee of approximately one month's worth of membership. It seems a little scammyOverall I'd say if I could do it again I would have tried a month-to-month option

Fantastic Gym. Been a member since 2016. The staff is awesome, the instructors are great too! They do a great job teaching form and getting you a good workout. However, the management this year has been infuriating. The main reason I signed up for this gym was that late classes were offered Monday through Thursday. That is, until they cut down the schedule. As an X1 (lowest tier) member, the latest class they now offer is 6:45PM. This was a total bait and switch as they made this change after I was locked into their 12 month contract. The new schedule means all the classes are packed, and makes the bad parking situation even worse.I’ve tried talking to management about these issues, but they either ignore emails or just say they are going to add back classes next month (for three months straight). To their credit, they are adding back one set of kickboxing classes, but only on Monday Wednesday. There are not nearly as many options as there were when I signed my contract. It’s just not the gym that it used to be.

Overall great gym. Very versatile in that it offers many types of fitness classes, with well trained instructors, that would appeal to members from any background—beginner or avid athlete. There’s enough free weight equipment outside of this as well in a separate area for those who want to strictly lift weights whenever they would like. Class wise, I enjoy kickboxing the most (for the cardio). Fast track is a circuit training class that is fun also. They even offer rolling and yoga. For the price, you can’t beat it.

I've been going to X3 Sports at Inman Park since January of this year. I can easily say that I've enjoyed every second of it. Not only do you get an amazing workout with the staff, but they also make every second of it feel like a good time. The coaches are super friendly and always want to help you with everything you need. 1000/10 would suggest this gym to everyone I know!

This is by far the best gym I’ve been to. The trainers are excellent and the kickboxing classes were absolutely amazing. I was able to go at my own pace and slowly improve with the help of the instructors. I’m so sad to have left this gym due to a move and truly miss it but if I’m ever back in Atlanta this is where I’ll be going.

When signing up I was informed I would recieve a free month for a certain amount of points earned. They did not honor the agreement. Very unsatisfied with customer service...After review was corrected I am satisfied with the gym honoring agreement. If you're looking for a gym full of positive trainers, coaches & instructors with the endless motivation to push for results I would highly recommend this gym. If you're serious about your health, its a long term gym not short.

I go to Rica’s classes. All of the instructors are great, but she is my absolute favourite! Her classes are super fast paced and challenging and her energy level is great! She also does a really great job at making sure all levels feel welcome by modifying techniques based on your skill level. And she’s also just a really nice and helpful person!!!

First the BJJ classes here are amazing, the instructors are awesome and great for new people. The other students really help you out too. I learned so much already, its great. Kickboxing class is an excellent cardio work out and you can set your own pace. I like the fact you can go to any X3 gym in the city (but check their individual schedules) but its a bit pricey. I reccomend taking multiple classes and getting your money's worth. They have drinks and snacks you can buy which is cool.Really really disappointed in the boxing coach here. He doesn't actually "teach" anything. I've had 5-6 boxing lessons before at another boxing gym in the past. They first teach you foot work, then the proper way to jab, proper way to cross ect.. Here he just expects you to just know the combinations and just do it. It will not help you progress, just develop bad habits.Haven't had a chance to take the Muay Thai class but it looks really detailed with lots of sparring (huge plus) They train competition fighters here but no one looks like they are trying to kill each other. They have a big work out room open anytime during hours which is cool, bathrooms and showers are clean. So 3.5 over allEven if you are already in shape, or martial arts as a sport isn't your thing. I reccomend everybody taking some kind of self defense. Never know when it will save your life one day.

I started out my X3 Sports membership at the West Midtown location because it's closer to where I work and I know some of the employees through my job. When I finally tried the Inman Park location last week, all of the employees were extremely helpful and kind. The sales manager was at his office when I scanned my key tag and asked the front desk employee where the kickboxing class was. He took the time out of his day to give us a quick tour of the whole gym before class started. I've had fabulous interactions with the staff at both locations I've been to and the classes are great!! If you've been considering joining, stop considering and just do it! You'll be extremely happy with the outcome!!
