I am a member at the Inman Park location and workout there primarily, but I have also worked out at the Midtown location as well a few times. The atmosphere and people is what makes this place so dope. This is hands down the best gym I've been to. I've belonged/worked for a fair share of gyms and none of them compare to X3.I love a gym that I can go to and get it in and go hard without all the bs. And on top of that, I can not only do those things when I come in and lift on my own, but I can also get that with the classes they offer. The staff is a legit group of people and in turn because of that, the people who choose to get a membership already know about what to expect. So that creates a culture of people who come in ready to work and not bs around. Not to say it's only exclusive to the hardcore gym goers. I've also seen people who come in and are still a little intimidated or not in the best of shape and fit right in as well and not be isolated or singled out.All in all, X3 is a great place to work out and just to be. 💯💯💯

I LOOOOVVVVEEEEEEE X3 Sports!!!!!!! I started kickboxing in February after seeing one of my friends transform her body with it over the course of about a year. She went to a different gym, but I had just been through a breakup and wanted a healthy distraction that would help me look good (revenge body amiright). I googled kickboxing and signed up for a free class at X3 for that week......I didn't realize I was about to change my life!! I signed up to be a member that day and have been coming several times a week since then. I am totally addicted to kickboxing and think X3 Sports is the best workout in Atlanta!! Anytime I'm feeling down, if I go to X3, my mood is completely changed. The staff and instructors are so nice and outgoing, so I always leave in a better mood with more energy than when I came in. Another thing I love is how hard it is. Kickboxing isn't a light workout! But seeing my improvement and endurance go up the more I attend class motivates me and builds my confidence. Plus all my friends think its badass that I workout with boxing gloves. I've never paid this much per month for a gym membership, but it's 100% worth it to me because the classes are unlimited and it literally brings so much good energy and happiness to my life. This is a very extra review, but I think it's necessary because I'm obsessed with kickboxing and it never would've happened if I didn't come to X3 Sports. Thanks guys!!!!!! P.S. Sorry I'm late for class sometimes :)

Pros: Great price for unlimited classes, available often throughout the day, with a variety of trainers who emphasis a variety of different skills. A weights and aerobic room is also available all open hours. Locker room with showers has also been great.Cons: 12 month contracts with rough penalties to exit the contract (pay half of what's left, and you have to cancel at least 3 days before your billing date to not be charged for next month). It can get very busy in the evening classes. And the level of enthusiasm or knowledge of fitness/athletic training (nor lack of) can greatly vary amount the trainers or managers, so I definitely pick the classes I attend based on the trainers.Overall, if you can commit to a 12 month contract, and want a variety of high intensity classes, it's worth it.

X3 is top-notch. When you work out here you compete with the strong and fit people who are there. The place is an inspiration. When you are there, you naturally want to work out harder and better!!! I just rejoined after being gone for three years (out of town). I was looking for a place that would make me work out better and harder. I found some other places that felt like you were workout in a apartment building fitness room. X3 provides great classes, tough facilities, and qualified/enthused trainers/staff.Go to X3 if you have a desire to get fit and look good.

Pretty good trainers and a good crowd. However, if you need to cancel for any reason, you should definitely expect to be held to the fire for the monthly payments on however much is left on your contract. I recently incurred a bad finger injury, which will put me out for at least 6th months.Needing to free up some funds, I had to cancel my climbing gym membership (very easy), as well as my x3 membership. I was told I would need to provide proof that I am injured and have an upcoming surgery (yet to be scheduled). In other words, they are gonna get their money, and you better have a pretty good excuse for cancelling, or they will see to it that you pay out your contract.Hearing this from them, I can guarantee I will not re-join this gym when I get done with rehabbing my hand, and I will make sure anyone I know of thinking of joining this gym understands that money comes before members here.As for me, until I can get my finger surgery scheduled and come up with that money, I'm being forced to pay $100 a month for a gym I cant use at all.

I love x3. This is going to be a really positive review.Everyone is sweet, approachable, and try to make you feel at home as much as possible. They remember your name, they encourage you, and they kick your ass while at it. I really enjoy the kickboxing and boxing classes. You start to figure out the differences in each instructors' emphasis after a while. You'll want to throw up in Justin's, Rafael focuses on form. Rica's seem to be a lot of cardio. Nick has a system. All of them will really push you.I also love the ongoing partnerships x3 has with multiple small businesses as well as the perk system (rewarded for going to the gym? Yes please). The amount of effort x3 goes to keep people involved far surpasses any other gyms I know of.

The trainers actually know who I am and talk to me. I don't just feel like I'm a member at a gym, I feel like I'm a part of something....almost like a family. It's the reason why I still go to x3--when I signed up I lived five minutes away but then I moved and now it takes me 25-30 minutes to get there but it's worth the drive because I love the atmosphere and people so much.

I actually look forward to going to X3 Sports in Inman Park!!I've been a member for about 2 months now. I feel like I've made more progress in the last two months at X3 than I did in the 12 months prior working out alone at my office gym. The experienced trainers really know how to put together a 60 minute workout.Like a lot of people, I don't have a lot of free time to spend at the gym. Whether you try out a Fast Track class, or Kickboxing, or the awesome Power Track classes... you will leave knowing that you made the most of your time in the gym.Other Pros:- Clean facility.- Convenient location.- Super friendly staff and instructors.- Great atmosphere (killer music selections).- Ridiculous amount of classes to choose from.Cons:- Your body will be so sore from all of the amazing exercise that you get at X3 Sports. (this isn't really a con)

FYI, they give people Perkville Points ( which are points to use towards merchandise and other items in the gym) for giving 5 star reviews!!!!!I used to love this gym- filled with great energy and solid instructors. The gyms have a super high turnover rate with their staff members mostly instructors and they have started hiring instructors with lower end training!I have been a member for over 8 months and this is the 3rd time I have encountered a super rude staff member! and it is really frustrating. When I first began my membership the instructors here kind, knowledgeable and willing to show right form, techniques, and movement. Within the last 5 months each gym has undergone major changes within their staff and the costumer service has really gone down. It looks like there is no uplifting moral within the staff, and that is transpiring into the members. I pay 115 a month, that on the high side of gym memberships, comparable to Orange Theory, Fly Wheel, Fit Wit, and other higher end gyms in the area. I joined X3 because I felt the energy was real and had a solid staff for a solid gym. I felt disrespected, and dishonored by a place that has "Real Training"in their motto.I believed in the gym, and did share referrals and brought people in. However it can't be just a sales tactic, it's not all about the money, since members can just leave and never comeback. Great Relationships build great work and success! From other members as well its comical that you are offering Perkville points for 5 star ratings, when the gyms have deserved 2 stars these past few months. Your members won't market you if you don't believe in them and your team!

As someone who used to be in much better shape, but needed to get back there, Fast Track was the perfect solution. The classes are tough, but you never stop moving, and in one hour you get an incredible workout. There is ZERO intimidation - while you will be pushed to your limits, no one will ever make you feel bad for being a little more cautious as you work to achieve your goals. These classes are fun and engaging. The only motivation I need is to show up at the start time - X3 takes care of the rest!
