My Granddaughter is part of Auburn Gymnastics. She only has Very Positive things to say about Her Coaches, the Facilities (she goes to Auburn and Sumner) and her fellow Gymnasts. I've Loved coming to watch her (when I'm in town). I know She is Loving her time at gymnastics and I'm Grateful for all they are doing to keep everyone Happy and Safe (following CDC guidelines for Covid). Thankful for ALL they are doing to make this a Positive Experience for her and her family.

We have been coming to Auburn gymnastics of Sumner off and on for Saturday classes for a few years. We have done Tiny Stars 2-3 yr olds (parent w/kids) and Mighty Stars 4-6 yr olds. The coaches are High School aged and have been for the most part very good, positive and attentive. The tiny stars class is awesome! It’s about 35 min and the kids go through the various exercises with parent help. We typically get through each of the courses 3 times. My biggest issue is with the Mighty Stars class, there is 1 coach and 8-10 athletes that go through the entire course of various exercises 1 kid at a time. It is often 25 min into the class before my kid got to do any sort of gymnastics. I get that the coach has to be at certain exercises for safety, but there is usually one per course. It would be easy to run 2-3 kids through at the same time and still help with safety. For about $30 per session, maybe another coach for large classes.Again, my issue is not at all with the individual coaches, they have been great! It is with organizational leadership and design of classes. This gym feels like it is set up to maximize money from families looking for a fun class for kids on the weekend in order to maximize revenue and subsidize the banners on the wall.

I have had 3 daughters attend Gymnastics classes with in the AGC locations. We have been to other local gyms for team and general classes as well. And when you compare the coaching and faculties to other gyms there is no comparison. It’s clean and well ran they will take your child as far up the ladder of a skills and levels as they are capable of. Gymnastics is an excellent base for all sports not every kid is made for the state and national level of completion but the body awareness and work ethic learned at AGC cannot be beat. I have had a daughter struggle and another become an optional athlete. Both of them cherish their friendships and memories made at Auburn. Now we are on to the next chapter with my 4yr pictures here.

Open gym is a blast, fun big rope swing. You have to stay with your child so they use the trampoline right, etc. Busy Bugs preschool here was great and an awesome value. Kind, caring teachers, fun field trips, and indior exercise 'recess' time in the gym, regardless of the weather. The gymnastics classes were very intense and probably best for those who want to take it all the time. My children did not find it fun and they are 5 and 7, but felt that way a year or two ago. We tried it one more time due to a deal on groupon, but still felt they were pushed too hard. Preschool and open gym have my vote!

Had my daughters party here today and not a single complaint. The helper was super kind. She watched out for the kids but didn't interfere. When I say that I mean, sometimes people can be overbearing. She let the kids do their thing and just watched out for safety. The kids had a BLAST. I would totally have another party here. All the parents were complementing on how much fun the kids were having. Would 100 % recommend for a party.

We have had been going to this gym for about 3 years. Starting at the auburn facility for about a year and a half then transferring to sumner facility for a little over a year. The coaches have been spot on with guiding our daughter through the skills needed to advance. Our only issue has been with the accounting manager. We thought we were set up for auto pay. Only after several months later to be advised that they do not have a card on file and our daughter would not be able to continue class. We sat through every class since she started and no one has ever brought an issue to our attention until months later. We apologize for the missed payments and offered to pay what was owed and explained that we signed up for autopay. This is the second time in 6 months this has happened and we thought it was resolved. When asked to talk to the person who we thought resolved the issue previously, the office manager refused to let us talk to them and refused to leave them a message. Sad to see such an amazing facility loose there customers because the accounting managers failure to listen and understand each client needs case by case.

We had our daughters Birthday Party here and the staff did an excellent job. They had a coach that took the kids through games and made it a great experience.

My son, 6 and daughter, 8 love going here. I love it to. The coaches are great and there is very little turn over in staff. During lessons the kids are almost always moving and doing something, not a lot of standing in line or waiting around. They do a lot of rotational training so it minimizes standing around. They learn more, sweat more, and have a lot more fun! We had them at another local gymnastics place previously and there was a lot of stand around time and their Boys program seemed like an after thought (crammed in between the girls' lessons and pretty much the same thing every lesson; boring). I also greatly appreciate that they adjust the number of coaches as needed based upon attendance. If they get past a certain # of kids, they add a coach rather than letting the lesson/kids/coach suffer because of too high ratio of kids per coach.

My mom moved my sister out of this gym , because of poor coaching among many other reasons staff getting arrested there all kinds of crazy things most important the xcel directer cassie is the worse coach ever , after taking my sister out of this gym we found out that every trick she learned there was wrong, so she has to relearn everything . They only care about making money

I would just like to say that coach Cassie is an AMAZING coach. She has 17 years of gymnastics experience, trained all the way up to level 10 and has done a great job growing the Xcel program. Unfortunately you cant satisfy EVERY parent.I just want the general public to know how amazing Cassie is and for every 1 family that is not happy there are a 100 more that are!We LOVE coach Cassie!
