Planet Fitness is a great gym for getting back to being in shape. People keep to themselves and the staff is nice. I don't ever feel like anyone is looking at me. There is no need to acknowledge anyone and that's a vibe I appreciate.

Very Conveniently located gym, coffee options a plus, like they have a sauna,Treads are smooth easy to run on. Decent amount of equipment.

TAKES A LOT TO MAKE ME COMPLAIN....I GAVE YOU 4 CHANCES!!I only use PF for the showers/restroom and massage chairs and table's. I go to this PF on my days off to enjoy a long HOT shower. However those only 4 times I have been have been warm showers at best. WHO KNOWS what is still all over the shower walls and floor's because they DO NOT CLEAN ANYTHING!!!!.......TRASH EVERYWHERE AND SMELLS AT 4AM IN THE MORNING????!!!!! 2 toilet stalls and only 1 works. THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW LEADERSHIP! Seems as if nobody cares... not even the customers... everyone is OK living dirty and things barely working!?Work here and get paid to be on your personal phone....I'm not trying to be negative but geez let's do better for people who pay to use your facilities GILRS!!!It's simple!EVERYDAY THE RESTROOMS NEED TO BE CLEANED!!! ESPECIALLY SHOULD BE CLEAN AT 4AM!!!

UPDATE (04-12-23): RE the comment from what Google is calling the "owner" -- you have assumed I have not spoken with the manager. I *have*, including yesterday. She is who claimed the problem was fixed with the glued-on magnet. I just hung up with the facility to verify that she is indeed the manager, and was told that she is the GM. I believe she's the same person I spoke to about it 2 months ago as well.Since you also own the Milton facility -- your Milton facility ADA shower (female's) is missing the hook that used to be on the wall. Now there is nowhere to hang anything - towel, shower bag, clothes, whatever, is forced to go on the floor when one is using the chair. I twice brought the hook up to the counter and handed it to your staff, explaining that they needed to tighten the screw. Now it's just gone.(ORIGINAL REVIEW)This facility is ADA ignorant and fails to provide proper accommodations for the female ADA shower. The shower head wall mount broke at least three months ago, so their fixed was to glue a magnet onto the shower head and attach the shower head to the old broken mount that has a tiny bit of magnetic conducting metal. That is positioned waist-high. So anyone taking a shower, wanting to wash anything above their waste, is required to physically hold the shower head while showering then with the one remaining hand. Also, there is rarely a dry chair in that stall, so whoever is in there to take an ADA shower has to go and find a dry spot are from another stall and bring it over themselves. I have brought both issues to their attention, yet no fix happens. Today, after not going there for 2 months, spoke to who called herself "Administration" about it and she told me the magnet means it's fixed. I left without showering and wrote this in their parking lot.

You get 1 star for being a cheap place. If I could, i would give 0. Equipment is poorly maintained, low quality, low weight, not a lot to choose from. If you just need a couple pounds of iron and a treadmill, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid at all costs. Most workers there do not know what they are doing and will not help you, inexperienced high school kids working for minimum wage.No trainer, ever, although they promise one. Going there during covid was a pain, and after, they cut their hours of operation. It is NO LONGER 24/7. Bathrooms are filthy, again, terrible lack of maintenance. Dont forget the non-existing service and terrible wi-fi.

Clean facilities, sufficient equipment and helpful staff

Don't know if it was an off day, but the place was really dirty gross and disgusting. One of the showers had pubic hairs all over. None of the showers appear to have been cleaned in a long time. No hot water. Ran the water for over 20 minutes and it was still ice cold.

Very friendly people that work there , black card is the coolest thing…..
