I am 54 and I took my 11 and 14 year old nephews here for a trial hour on a Monday at 4pm. I did it too! There were 8 in the class. The Coach paired us off into stations. We rotated through 8 stations in an hour. It was challenging but doable. I want to fit this into MY life!

My niece had her birthday party here this weekend and had the best time ever ! We had kids ages 2-9 and every single one of them had a blast. The staff was so helpful and hands on and even took the time to learn the kids names in the short hour we were there ! We definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun interactive party !!!

Awesome place for kids! They're super nice and helpful and very patient with little kids. My kids love it so much here that my daughter opted to come to classes here instead of gymnastics. Small class sizes & lots to keep them interested for the full hour class each week.

I had a great first experience training at Sumner Ninja. Their staff were amazing to work with, they were very knowledgable on all of the equipment at the gym and are helping me reach my training goals for spartan racing this summer! I highly recommend checking out this gym if you're into unique training methods and need something different from your average gym!

My son did a Ninja birthday party. All the kids loved it. We had boys and girls ranging 3-10, and the coaches were patient and flexible with all of them. Giving the older kids ideas to make it more challenging. From a parent perspective, the party was chill and easy as the coaches did most of the work! Would definitely do it again.
