I have tried many gyms in several countries and this is the best one by far. It is challenging, motivating and fun! Everyone is so welcoming that makes you feel part of "Buffalo family" starting by Day 1.

Hands down, the best gym of which I've been a member. As numerous people have mentioned, the positive vibe, top notch equipment, and excellent coaching make The Buffalo a fantastic gym. But I want to talk about the PROGRAMMING. If you've trained at a HIIT or Crossfit style facility before, you know how much the programming can determine the quality of your workouts. Day in and day out The Buffalo has the best, most thoughtfully programmed workouts I've seen. Nicky and MK facilitate strength training while focusing on safety, form, and knowing your own body. They've created a space that will push you to work hard without asking you to do things that could lead to compromised form or injury. It's a great place! If you're reading this, you should come work out with us!

This gym is awesome. The equipment is great, the coaches are encouraging, the programming is very well thought out, and it’s clean! It’s clear the owners are invested in making this place the best in the valley. I highly recommend it

Not just the "best gym around", but possibly the best damn gym, period. It's been a remarkable evolution from the small space it used to be to it's current glorious state, and the Bruce's are constantly improving and expanding the gym's facilities. And of course the trainers are all great people as well, a perfect gym for any level of athletic ability.

Great gym! Just the right amount of coach energy that can accommodate any age, skill level, and athleticism. Been a member for 2yrs and the programming is legit with strength components matched with cardio movements that anyone can do! Made many friends here, and all while getting better muscle definition, size, and healthier. Oh and don’t forget about theOr free endorphins program that you get after every visit!! Hits you right in the ‘feels’ and makes it worthy to mention. Now the hardest part of any gym is learning to walk through the front door! Come check it out, you won’t be sorry!
