I joined for the pool classes and the pool can not keep the water warm or clear. I miss more classes than I go to bc of poor maintenance. This problem is ongoing. Things don't get fixed here. I'm very dissatisfied with the new management.

I have very mixed feelings with the gym. The front desk staff is always so welcoming and nice. I like that there is a separate area for women also.The equipment almost never gets fixed. Especially the treadmills. I've been here for almost 2 years and they are still out of order. I'm most concerned with the childcare. There are some really amazing girls back there who I trust. But unfortunately there are some who completely ignore my kids and me when we walk in. They make my kids feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. They completely ignore them the whole time they are back there. Due to this fact I know I will not be renewing my membership.

Don’t try to cancel your membership here if you were a Gold’s member prior to it becoming max fitness. I have written email confirmation from March 2022 that both my husband and I wanted to cancel. They keep giving me the run around when I call, the manager is never “available”, and when she is, she makes empty promises. They owe us over $300 and I have yet to see it. Oh..,and we’re also still being charged monthly. DO NOT go here. Save yourself the headache.

Just moved to town. Been a member for a few months. Love it. Been working out for years and this place has everything I need and more. Plus, great staff. We had toured a couple other gyms but the energy was blah. When Bailey toured us, we signed up on the spot. Energy and professionalism go a long way.

They spent $$$$ on painting the place and rebranding, all the while equipment is old and broken. Often it's weeks before it gets repaired. It's not the cleanest either. People are nice but it needs to replace the aged equipment.

The Gold's Gym that was there before it blows it away. It just has a different vibe and the hours are nowhere near as good. The staff is still really nice and most are from the previous gym. It might be a nice facility if I was say in my 70's...
