Space yoga is the perfect studio for beginners or advanced. I had never done a Ariel yoga class and ended up hanging up side down and loved it. They patiently worked with me and I ended up having a blast.

As a first time Arial Yoga student, I found Nuke fun and informative. I was comfortable doing these new things and had help all along the way. I highly recommend this location Nd the pricing is more than fair as well. I look forward to going back!

I have attended just two classes so far but I already can’t get enough! I haven’t been to a yoga class in several years but I immediately felt welcome and comfortable in the studio. The instructors are wonderful, and I always leave feeling more grounded and relaxed.

I love Space so much and am so very thankful I found this studio and community. It was Space that help me get plugged into my community. It was Space that gave me a haven each week where I could focus on the present and self-care. It was Space that pushed me to challenge myself mentally as well as physically. It was Space that helped get me through the shutdown and quarantine. Thank you to Space and all the instructors, especially Moniqua, for all you have done for me and continue to do for the community! I wish I could take you all everywhere with me!
