I took Sally’s class and it was awesome! Great energy, great music, great pace, flow and intensity. I highly recommend this Thursday evening class to anyone who wants to step up their yoga intensity level! Challenging poses with excellent instruction!

First time attending a class at Space Yoga. Was very impressed with the clean, safe atmosphere. Nuke did an excellent job leading my beginner+ class. Very easy to follow and I will definitely be back.

Did aerial yoga! It was such a fun experience. The teacher was kind and enthusiastic. The space is really nice and calming.

They have this awesome starter punch card, 10 classes for $55. That made it an easy choice for me to "pull the trigger" on attending classes. I also prefer set prices over donation-based as it's super hard to know what to give.

I had a great experience here! Anytime I visit Augusta and/or come here for any training I visit this studio. Langley - and I pray that I am spelling her name correctly is a grand and amazing instructor. I attended her 1730, Saturday class and I will be returning. I felt extremely inspired and less stressed. If you want to be encouraged and pushed - do not hesitate 😁🙌
