My parents live in Aiken and I come here when I'm visiting. It's a good gym with everything you need (unlike a certain purple place). Usually not too crowded either.

A female worker here with blonde hair has been the most unhelpful individual. When attempting to cancel due to health reasons and an issue with equipment needed for exercises, the worker was on her phone the whole time and just sent me a text and took a pictures of the screen for me to do it at home. Thank you for wasting me coming 20 minutes to do that. When my wife that is an addition on my account is attempting to cancel and is having an issue the individuals over the phone assure her there is a button to cancel. I can assure you that there is not and there is no need to insult intelligence. Now I have to make another trip back to cancel the account that could have been done if the worker was actually helpful. There has been several miscommunications with the gym and this has furthered my decision along with my health concerns to end our memberships here and yo advise several others to seek elsewhere.

It’s probably not fair of me to give this place 5 stars as I have never been there (a friend has and says it’s great). I’m only doing this because I just read an article that had Mark Wahlberg standing in front of the place, babbling about how there is no one there at 3:00 am. to let him and his people in for a workout. The person filming him then shows a closeup of the sign on the door that CLEARLY states the STAFFED hours as well as “Members 24/7 access”. That’s “MEMBERS”. I think the owner of this place seems like a pretty stand-up guy by not making Mark look anymore foolish than he already has to himself. It’d be nice if he and his business got an apology for the confusion, which doesn't appear to be on their part.

So Mark Walberg went here and it was closed at 2:30 AM. 24/7 gym. That's what I just read, is that true? Lol, go back to Hollywood....OK Mark, we understand the mix up and nice apology. Welcome back to SC.

I've been sedentary for a number of years but then I signed up with Workout Anytime. Since then I have lost weight, my vital signs have stabilized and all my doctors give me a good report. I recently got a new trainer who is very good at listening to my injuries and adjusts my workout accordingly. She is great to work with.
