I am new to this gym and love it! The times its open is convenient for me, due to work hours. It feels like my own personal gym with everything I need, from a message bed to the weights. I really enjoy speaking with the staff from the front desk to the trainers! both Hope and Demetri are great at what they do and I look forward to recommending my friends and family!

Great staff, clean facility that does a good job of keeping plenty of cleaning supplies around. Personal training is top notch and I'm in as good a shape as I've been in some time!

First of all Jaylan and Jamarques are extremely professioal and very nice. The gym is spotless and has everything you need to get an awesome workout in. I was given a very nice T shirt which allows me to visit the gym while on vacation. I highly recommend!!!

If you’re looking for a gym to meet your fitness goals, this is the gym!! The staff is super motivating and really care about their members. Also it’s the only true 24/7 gym in Aiken. I definitely give this gym a 10/10

Awesome gym! Very mellow enviorment without the struggle of waiting on equipment typically.Demetri (one of the staff members) was very friendly and professional. He offered some pointer on my work out routine I will be sure to try the next time.

If you are serious about working out, this is the gym for you. Nothing fancy, no juice bars, no frills. Full assortment of all the equipment you'll need, machines are well maintained, plenty of cardio treadmills, etc. Staff is friendly and they keep the locker room and workout areas clean. No one bothers you but anyone will assist if needed.
