I came to this gym from another local CF gym. The atmosphere and coaching is different in a better way. I feel more confident in my lifts, less likely to get hurt, less like a number and more like a member. I would recommend this gym for people of all fitness levels.

CFS has an amazing community of uplifting members and coaches! Coaches provide modifications, as needed, and offer encouragement to members during workouts. I love the well rounded workouts and seeing what I am able to accomplish!

CFS has been a consistent lifeline for years for me. No matter what my fitness and health needs - they have helped me get there. The extremely knowledgeable coaches and the community are always there to assist and cheer you on. I can't imagine finding all of this anywhere else!
