Rachel has been an awesome trainer! She has personalized every session with challenging work outs and has made it enjoyable to get back in the gym. Every work out is different, which I really appreciate! Rachel is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of fitness, including nutrition. If you are looking for something innovative, fun and challenging...she's your girl!I would also like to add that Solid Fitness is an all around great gym that is safe, private and clean. Josh, the owner, is attentive, very knowledgeable on all aspects of health/fitness and focused on running a great facility for his clientele. Make a change, check them out, you will not be disappointed.

I have been working with Rachel for a few months now and absolutely love her! Coming to Solid Fitness is so much better than a traditional gym. I wouldn’t want to work out anywhere else!

The initial assessment was done by Josh but I trained with Rachel. She is always open to hearing my needs and catering the sessions accordingly. The studio was a safe space and with Rachel’s positivity and energy, it made each workout feel that much better. Definitely worth looking into if you want guidance on nutrition/corrective-based workouts.

I've been with the group for about six months now. From day 1 l've been impressed with Rachel and Josh. Incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, kick your &$$ and completely curate each session to what your individual goals are. It's kind of like an integrated health practice where you have access to other wellness services if you want (but aren't upsold on at all). You can tell they all really like working with each other. Huge fan!

Josh begins with an initial mobility assessment. By doing so, he can plan stretching and corrective exercises individualized to your needs. I can’t say how much this has helped the knee problems I originally came to Josh for. With this strong base, Josh creates workout plans that strengthen the whole body. Using body weight or other tools, Josh’s workouts are fun and go by quickly. His positive, enthusiastic attitude helps you work your way through a challenging session. If a modification is needed, Josh is quick to make it. Overall, I am pleased with the level of expertise, energy, and workout space that Josh provides.

I came to Josh with hip pain from running and he was able to give me a selection of corrective exercises to help fix me up. Since then I have felt better than ever and ran a pain free half marathon. Josh tailors workouts to fit my needs and adjusts difficulty to consistently be challenging. He also has a wealth of knowledge on training and nutrition that he is eager to share. The solid fitness studio is always welcoming and I would recommend it to anyone at any point in their fitness journey.

I have worked with several personal trainers over my life time and Josh is the absolute BEST! Josh conducts and initial assessment to understand your goals, your current mobility level, past/current injuries and your overall eating and nutritional habits. This initial assessment helps Josh build a unique workout program focused on your overall health, fitness and well being. Over the past 3+ years of working with Josh, he has helped me to improve my fitness level but more importantly, he has helped me improve my mobility and decrease pain through corrective exercises. I really enjoy working with Josh as he makes each workout unique and fun and I always know I am getting the most of each exercise while not risking injury. Thank you Josh!!

Josh is a great trainer with plenty of experience. His workouts are tailored to achieving your goals. He uses his experience and education to design workouts that avoid injury and allow for rigorous exercise. Josh is the best. He’s a wealth of knowledge and truly loves his work and clients. We have utilized Josh to get in shape for our wedding and he has been a wonderful asset. All the workouts challenge us and also teach us about our body/limits. Josh knows how to make workouts hard yet simple and not keep you working out for longer than you have to.
