Great place to work out! I love it’s only 30 minutes but I can still get a great workout in. The time is flexible and I can come in whenever I get time. Love all the trainers at West Parmer, super friendly and push me to challenge myself.

I wanted to get fit, but instead I found a little family, and got pretty lean in the process. Vince helped me on modifying my workouts and spice up the level of intensity I was looking for and Sara always kept me on my toes when I was slacking. The Hitman also is a huge motivator and keeps the WHOLE group going strong! Love them all.

I am the one who needs a supervisor when I exercise. LOL. Going to gym doesn't help me since there is no supervisor and I easily get bored. 9round is exactly what I need in order to get a 30 minutes work out. Each type of exercise is only 3 minutes long, you rorate from one station to another, with a set of "supervising" eyes to make sure you constinue work out, not be lazy, not moving. 9round is exact place for me, to have an effective work out.

I joined 9Round five months back with an obsession to lose weight and I read really good reviews on Google and Facebook. I hadn't been active at all then. After the first tryout with Vince, I felt that I did not have any stamina, any strength at all. I was barely able to make it through the 30 min workout. I then resolved to forget about losing weight , only focus on building some strength and inculcating working out in my lifestyle. One month passed, and I saw changes in me, I dropped weight, felt happier, and stronger.Five months down, I look forward everyday to go to my gym. Mason, Vince and Billy - they helped me build strength from ZERO, they push you to try harder, and not give up. They also help you out with any diet suggestions if you need any. information.The concept is 9 rounds - 3 min each of high intensity workout, there is a 30 seconds break between each round.Kickboxing is like meditation to me now. I have gained focus. And I feel so much better in both mind and body. It is a life changing experience and I am so glad I tried out my first workout. I'm hooked now!! You start from where you are, and the only way to go is UP.

I’ve been a gym rat for years but 9Rounds is by far the best experience! I love group fitness but they have spoiled me with a personal training environment, flexibility and cleanliness. Accountability with a friend is icing on the cake to ensure you stay committed to it. Mason and Vince at the W Parmer Ln gym are the BEST! They know how to pump you up and get your head focused to maximize your workout, not to mention excellent trainers to prevent you from injury. So thankful I made the switch!
