I was visiting Austin and had the opportunity to workout with Rachel & Paul! Wherever I go, I look for a gym. I am a 9Round Fan and I tell you that this location is NOW at the TOP of my list! Had a GREAT workout,Knowledgeable, friendly and very welcoming. Don't pass them up!!!!

9Round is a great experience that I would gladly recommend to my peers and coworkers. I have actively been on a fitness journey since the end of December 2017, where I weighed my heaviest. Before participating in the 9Round 6 Week Challenge, I would workout on my own 3-4 days a week, with one of those days being a cardio day and the rest being lift days. In a three month time span, I couldn't lose much weight . I had only lost 4% body fat on my own, but my weight just wouldn't drop. I knew a large part of my issue was my nutrition, so when I came across the 6 Week Challenge- which included fitness routines and nutrition plan, I knew I wanted to try it out. I love the quick 30 min workouts that have my heart pumping and burning about 400+ cals a session. I also like how there is no required time frame to arrive, as workouts start every few minutes, and no thought comes to the workouts as they are all planned and change daily, plus you work with a trainer the whole time. I found myself always sweating, and feeling great after each time I workout. In only 5 weeks, I had lost 14lbs and 5% body fat. My last weigh in is tomorrow, and regardless of the results, I am proud of how far I've come. I've not only learned to truly enjoy cardio much more now, but I've also learned how to meal prep, portion my meals, and count my macros correctly. It has also made me more aware of ingredients of the foods I prep. It's truly something I wish to continue, and I thank 9Round for instilling these great habits in me.

After 6 weeks of working out here I can tell not only that 9Round has an amazingly effective gym concept but all the trainers at this gym have a huge level of commitment and enthusiasm that kept me giving it all for the 30 mins workout. Along with the nutritional plan suggestions I was able to lose 19 lbs and 7.4% Body fat.

This place knocks it out of the park. Total body workout. Kickboxing, strength, endurance, core, speed work all in 30 mins. No class times to mess with. Just show up and get after it. Personal trainer is always close by and one-on-one time in at least one round. There are weekly challenges that create friendly competitions with the other members and trainers. I highly recommend checking out 9Round.

I've been going to this gym for about 2 months now and I've absolutely loved it! Every trained is friendly, encouraging, and interested in making sure you are getting the most out of your time there. I highly recommend this 9round location for anyone looking for an amazing full body workout with a company of really fun people!

I participated in a 6 week challenge at this gym and was blown away with the intensity of each 30min workout and meal planning services provided by the gym. Lifestyle changes were made and results shown with over 6% body fat lost within that 6 week window. The personal trainers at this location are all knowledgeable, friendly, and there to help and assist at a moments notice. If you’re ready to get in shape then this gym is worth your time!

So many things to love about this gym! The workouts keep you on your toes, always something new. the convenience of no class times is definitely at the top of my list. But the best part are the trainers, so friendly and always keeping us motivated. I am specially thankful that they are super sweet to my kids when I bring them along to watch, they look forward to it every week.

I've been working out at 9Round for the last 6 weeks. Not only am I stronger & faster, I've dropped two sizes. Renee and Paul, the owners, are incredibly friendly and adjust the workouts so that you 1) are able to do them at your current fitness level and 2) are getting the most out of your time. The actual workout is fast - only 30min! It's 8 stations with 3min workouts at each with a 30sec break. One station is always 1x1 with a trainer. The 9th station/round is a plank. You wear heart monitors to stay in optimal fat-burning heart rate zones & get reports on how you're doing after each session.There's no set classes - you come in anytime Mon-Sat as many times as you want.All different fitness levels work out there: from actual boxers training for fights to people like me that hadn't worked out in years. You are alone at your station and the trainers will encourage you to do YOUR best. I actually miss this place if a few days pass between workouts. I never thought I'd miss a gym. It's b/c I miss the people; I miss getting that little bit stronger.I cannot recommend this place enough. The first workout is free, so try it!

I LOVE 9Round!!!! Specially this location! I love that here are different challenging but rewarding workout every single day. The 9Round employees, or may I call it family are totally amazing, friendly and they love to push you! I look forward to working out now that I am a part of this gym and I leave feeling so much better every time.The environment and vibe in here is one that keeps everyone smiling.. and SWEATING! All of the trainers I’ve worked with have made an effort to get to know me and help me achieve my goals. It’s a positive environment, and a fun way to relieve stress and get fit.
