Will never be returning to this location. In short, over two weeks' time, no staff member ever answered the phone or returned my voicemail requesting a tour/membership information. I visited the location in person, during their staffed hours, and wasn't able to meet with (or even see) any employee. It's clear they don't maintain their posted staffed schedule. After finally getting someone to respond via email, and confirming a date/time for a tour, no staff were present and it was a complete waste of my time. I stood outside ringing the doorbell, calling the phone line and no one arrived. I've yet to receive a response back via email about the missed appointment. Really terrible customer service.

Do not sign up for this gym, unless you’re completely fine with getting charged after cancellation! Alex sent me an email confirming my cancellation and even want so far as to tell me the last payment would come out on the 20th of June, however I have continued to be charged for the month of July. Every time I call, I am sent to voicemail. Given that Alex is in his office daily, I know that the calls are being ignored.

This gym is pretty small, only one squat rack. M - F can get busy around 6:30am, Six people seem to fill it up. I like going here for a quick cardio workout after I get off work.Gym is kept clean and equipment is good for a smaller place. There’s a place to lock up a gym bag, the bathrooms (2) are kept clean and the shower gets nice and hot. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided at the time of this writing.

Just like many people have said, after canceling will continue to charge you. I cancelled MONTHS ago and now have to deal with disputing the charge on my credit card. Tiny and old place anyway. Stay away or Alex will just keep pocketing your money.

I liked the gym, but after I moved, it took 3 months and 5-6 phone calls to finally get my membership cancelled. Even after the first time Alex said he would cancel it, I still got charged again and had to call 3-4 more times, before finally getting it done. I'm still waiting on my refund for the extra months that were charged.Apparently, he doesn't think customer service is important.

Please do not sign up here. They are willing to take your money but when it's time that you want to cancel they never call you back. I have called another location that answers everytime and even jumped on a call with me and the anytime fitness corporate office to only be told that I have to cancel at the location. The person that's running this place has taken my money all through COVID and now that I want to cancel my membership, they are dark

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! If I could give this location fewer stars I would, not sure if the kid running the place is that incompetent or if its some kind of run around scam, overcharged me from day 1 said it would only be 1 time payment of 49.99 no enrollment so on, then he charged me 64.99 x 3. took 2 weeks to get refunded would not answer or return calls kept making excuses when I did reach him saying its his ipads fault, told them I want full refund and my membership canceled which took another week for them to finally refund on top of the 2 weeks that already passed THEY WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS OR VOICEMAILS, then guess who just got charged 64.99 which isn't even what I should've been charged if I hadn't told them to freeze my membership and cancel. I've had some horrible encounters with unprofessional businesses here in Austin and this is definitely up there. whoever owns this place needs to catch a clue and get employees in there that have some integrity and competence. god knows how long it will take for me to get this fixed..... ontop of that there's barely any equipment its too tight too hot. Ive used this place 3 times and they've robbed me of a $100+ that I have to fight to get back now, absolutely unethical predatory business practices DO NOT COME HERE

The owner was pretty polite when signing us up. The whole thing was very informal. 42 bucks a month. The gym is usually empty and always clean. The one problem i do have, and the reason im taking off one star, is that when visiting a different location i found myself totally unable to lift the amounts i lifted at this particular facility. My conclusion is that the weights on the machines are erroneously labeled as heavier than they actually are.I dont really care about numbers, focusing instead on personal progress but this deception does make it annoying to try to find out how much i do actually lift when going to a gym that labels their weights accurately.Otherwise, no complaints.

I initially signed up at this location. The manager was okay. Never had any issues. Some people complained (old people) about the noise I'd make while working out. Which I understand but sometimes the adrenaline gets you. The one problem with this gym is the location as it can be a nightmare to find and enter during peak hours of traffic. It is also very small and sometimes their key system randomly stops working. I recently moved to a different location but was still getting charged by the manager here (a year ago). During that time I was charged an extra $30 dollars for "maintenance fee", something the current owner at my gym does not allow. Even though I changed gyms, apparently I'm tied to this $30 fee since I made the mistake of signing at this location. The whole time I came to this gym I saw no improvements to any equipment, then again it is a very small place but why charge an extra fee if you are not gonna do anything to improve the look/equipment...
