Nice and clean. Would be even better if their hours were longer, especially for the weekends.

The instructor (Kyle) kept the pace of the class moving forward at all times. No resting! He clearly understands boxing and could walk around and help each person at their skill level. Great class. I will be returning for more! Burned almost 900 calories.

I’ve been working out at HIT for almost 2 years now. Started at Gold’s and mixed in some F-45, but wanted more variety. HIT has it all. You can do group classes or just use the cardio or weight room on your own, or any combination. RP is my trainer 2x per week. Dude is legit. Best trainer I’ve ever worked with. Great people here. Highly recommend HIT!

HIT is a great gym for strength and conditioning. Any class held on the turf will leave you sweating and feeling stronger. The entire staff is super welcoming and friendly. I have recommended this gym to many friends.

The last yoga lesson with Jennifer Barnes was life-changing - that's no exaggeration. I was lucky enough to be the only one in the room and the results were pure magic. My personal fitness instruction with Kelly Marie has also been life-changing / affirming, and I'm excited to see the next phase of my fitness journey with Hit Athletic (from someone who said she'd never set foot in the gym)

Jake is a great instructor, teaching the Monday and Wednesday HIT Classes at 4:30. The gym is very clean and open with really good variety of equipment -- I especially appreciate the big room for classes, as I'm still nervous about covid. Locker rooms are nice with little extra touches!
