I absolutely love the fit community at Arbor Walk. It's inclusive, motivating and everyone has a super positive attitude. I love showing up, getting a hard workout in and knowing that I'm making progress every day.

I have been a member on and off at this gym since 2019. (yeah... pre-pandemic)They have been a rockstar crew from then until now. From Sophia and KAlly at the front desk to Caitlin with bomb jams and Ron with the neverending supply of optimism. I'm stoked to be a member of this gym.(Also the workouts will make you throw up, cry, and feel better all at once. IDK maybe just me. (:

Great coaches! They are encouraging, fun, attentive, and will push you in a supportive way. You can feel comfortable going at whatever pace suits you. This place is about getting the community moving, whatever that means for you and wherever you are in your fitness cycle. There is a large variety of cardio that is constantly changing, so you don’t find yourself caught up in single cardio disciplines pounding miles of pavement while yet burning twice the calories utilizing the HIIT fitness discipline. Here you can get a personal trainer feel coupled with a community vibe. REGYMEN fitness is a shinning example of refined perfection. I highly recommend.

I just started going here but everyone has gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The trainers make sure you know exactly what you're doing that that you understand the class flow. I would highly recommend if you want a killer workout with some great people!

I joined the club a week ago and it’s the best experience I have had at a gym. Great coaching on the exercise as well as attention to dietary planning. They follow up on your progress and coach how to get the best for you! Loving my sessions and the team is awesome!

Be aware of their six weeks offer. Was out for almost two weeks due to COVID and still got charged for those two weeks even though they were aware of my request to put a hold on my account. Later I cancelled my enrollment due to personal issues and still got charged for another two weeks. The exercise and routines are pretty good, so nothing against the trainers, is just more lack of communication, they were quick to take my enrollment fee, but wanted me to go back to "close" the account. At the end they were able to do everything through the phone. It was a bad experience and for some reason it was made harder to get out of the challenge.

I don't enjoy exercise and have let my health slip over the last few years. I needed something to help me get back on a healthy path, but didn't know how. I signed up for the 6 week challenge with regymen. I'm a week in, it's been tough but in a good way. I'm admittedly still adjusting but the support of the coaches, staff and gym members has been great. As someone whose always dreaded joining a gym, I'm glad I starting going to this one. The classes are great and the variety keeps me attentive.
