Regymen is awesome! No other workout in town can match the variety (ski machines, rowers, assault bikes, treadmills, boxing, weights and even yoga)! Trainers keep it fun and the other clients are out going and friendly! 5am squad FTW!!!

Have you wanted to start a new fitness routine? Have you wanted to change your fitness routine? Have you thought about starting to get into fitness? You need to come and try out REGYMEN!This place is amazing! Flat out! I have tried then traditional gym (Golds, LA Fitness, Anytime), tried Orangetheory Fitness, even a little bit of cross fit, and I will tell you this is by far the best! You will never get bored because of all the equipment they have.IT is group fitness at it's finest! It has treadmills, rowers, ski ergs, assault bikes, boxing, landmines, kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes you!Great instructors that will guide you through the workouts and make sure you maximize your 1 hour of training!There are 3 platforms, Burn which is cardio heavy, Build which is strength based (lifting heavy), and Box well that's boxing.The studio is beautifully designed, great music, great staff that is personable and gets to know you, and the coaches are the best! They see your growth and development and always push you to run a little faster, pick up a slightly heavier weight.The community is amazing and everyone pushes each other to give it their all!This is for all levels of fitness, and all ages so you need to come try out REGYMEN! It is definitely time to DISRUPT THE ROUTINE!

One of the better workouts in the Austin area. I have not become bored with working out and all the trainers really challenge you to do more. It is like family and they have allowed me the opportunity to work out with my daughter who is also enjoying the workouts.

New gym opened Nov 2018. Excellent coaches and a wide variety of exercises that get all your muscles moving. Boxing, Build and Burn programs plus yoga. First workout is free.I really enjoy being a member here.

Best gym experience I’ve had after years of going to “big box” gyms. Focused workouts that never get boring and you never know what to expect. Friendly staff and trainers who get after it along with you, it really does feel like a fit family. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a workout to change up my normal workout routine. Regymen is awesome! I love having different workout options but the 90min boxing combo is my fav! It will kick your butt but Coach Tyson will keep you motivated and push you all class! Try it, you won't regret it!

This gym gives a great 60-90 minute workout! The coaches are very motivating, and I love the versatility from early morning to even 8pm classes! Tyson, Nicole, Aaron and the Crew work very hard to make sure we burn some serious calories! This gym in Austin is not my only gym membership, but it is my favorite ! We BOX, BUILD and BURN baby!

Regymen definitely stayed true to their tagline and “disrupted my routine” in the BEST way possible. The culture here is absolutely second to none, and I feel motivated to go workout every day. The instructors and staff are extremely professional, and fun!One thing I’ve always struggled with at gyms is if the class workouts are challenging and engaging enough. Regymen has exceeded my expectations, and the results speak for themselves!!

Participated in my first boot camp at Regymen Fitness Austin Arbor Walk. Instructions were clear, the instructor provided demonstrations for each equipment station prior to the class for the new participants, and also provided guideful instructions during the class. The gym is well ventilated. The facility itself is clean and organized. The atmosphere is disciplined but modifications are made for participants who desire or require them. After the birth of my child (and medical clearance) I will sign up as a member. Highly recommend this fitness center for individuals who want to sharpen their focus on their minds+ bodies.

Regymen is my favorite place to burn calories. They offer three different types of classes, which keeps your workout interesting. Each of the three types of classes is equally awesome but have different goals or focus. I feel challenged every single time I work out there. The trainers are awesome, motivating, and knowledgeable. I look forward to my workout and know that it will be well worth my time. This is a gym for guys and girls and all people of all fitness levels.
