The amazing coaches at Bell Fitness push you to your limits, while acknowledging everyone's physical limitations. I was concerned about being able to participate in the structured classes with my diastasis recti, but the coaches proactively suggest alternative exercises when needed. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging and it's such a fun workout environment. I love my Bell Fitness Fam!

My Husband and I workout here together and love it. We are snow birds so we really miss it when we are not in Arizona. The trainers are awesome and you get an excellent workout in 30 mins. We both highly recommend Bell Fitness.

I joined Bell Fitness in 2020 during the height of quarantine and it has been a life-changer. Don’t let the 30-minute workouts fool you—the coaches push you HARD. They create unique workouts every day—whether the focus is on strength or cardio—and you’re never bored. Bell Fitness members come in all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels, and once you join, you’re family. I’d recommend Bell Fitness to anyone who wants to take charge of their fitness and have fun along the way.

Awesome space and atmosphere! Very clean with ample equipment. Alyssa was high energy and genuine. The workout was so efficient, just 30 minutes, but I left with shaking arms and quads!! NO EXCUSE to not get a great workout in with this place offering awesome a quick classes and a variety of times.

I love this place, the trainers are very encouraging and fun. They can really make you break a sweat! You will notice results within a couple work out sessions, I noticed improvement in my strength and mobility. I feel more active and good about myself. Bell fitness is the place to be for group training.

I love Bell Fitness! It’s been awhile since I’ve worked out and was a bit nervous about starting up again. All of the trainers are wonderful. And the members were so friendly from my very first visit! They really kept me motivated. I’ve had a setback with back issues and they have checked in with me several times since I haven’t been in the studio. I really feel like they care about me and are there to help me succeed. The new stretching class has been a godsend for me right now! Perfect timing! Highly recommend Bell Fitness!
