The trainers are amazing and want the best for you! They provide motivation, positive reinforcement, recipes, etc. We just did a 5k together and they are also looking for ways to motivate and help you meet your goal. I recommend them to everyone!

Great workout. As close to personal training as you can get without spending the big bucks. The workouts are always different and catered to the group.
