Just joyed and this location is so dirty that I am considering moving to a different location plus the equipment TV signals don’t work so I am not impressed by the quality of their equipment. Too bad hopefully they correct these items all you have to do is look up the dust on the air conditioning vents to see how dirty they are.

At sign up, I was offered a 19.99 two week personal trainer trial. I specifically said I wanted NO CONTRACT. Sales guy told me I was just signing to authorize the two sessions. Went for 1st session and was told I was signed up for $159 every 2 weeks for 4 months!!! Cancelled it immediately! But sure enough you STILL hit my bank account for the $159 two weeks later. Predatory sales tactics and awful customer service. I want all my money back immediately.

This gym is making significant investments to ensure that anyone seeking to shed a few pounds, get in shape, or simply enjoy an excellent workout experience is well catered to. I personally find great satisfaction in visiting these gyms because each visit offers the chance to engage in a fresh workout routine and connect with individuals who share similar fitness goals or simply seek a workout companion. I wholeheartedly recommend checking out these gyms!

Great place, only knock I have is that the equipment is not well maintained and sometimes outright dangerous to use because I have had dumbbells and barbells fall apart and nearly crush my feet/head. They really need to address this issue.

Overall a good gym. It could be great if they made one change -- add weekend Zumba classes for the ladies. EoS has been reducing the number of weekend Zumba classes in all of their Phoenix locales. Since this gym is close to I-10, you may be able to attract more female members.

Absolute scam artists, had a personal trainer that I maybe got to see 4 times,l. He told me he promoted and a new trainer would be in contact with me months go by and finally one did I told him I was at work to call back later to schedule he never did.Now after 6 months of payments and only 4 workout sessions. I find out that their payment company is having a hard time processing payments with me. So I call them to pay of the last month. They couldn't process my payment. So I was un able to cancel this recurring bill of 150 a month. I call down to eos and they tell me to just come in and make a transaction of 150 and they would wipe all dues and put a cancel into affect right away. So I did yesterday 7/17/2023. Now on 7/18/23 they took a payment out of my bank for $304.00. They got me for $150.00 then another $304.00 for a service they weren't even providing to me for 6 months of $150.00 payments they basically stole $1354.00 from me since January! I will be contacting an attorney for small claims and il will be filling a police report for the money they took today. Do not go to this gym

I usually go to the Goodyear location, but I tried this one in Avondale for the first time. This gym seemed to be a bit older and smaller. I liked that there weren't a lot of people there when I went. I picked a treadmill that didn't have people on either side, but I think it was an older model and I really didn't like it. I didn't look at the other treadmills, but I've noticed a lot of gyms have a few different models. If I come back to this location, I'll look for a newer treadmill.The guy at the front was nice. Cleaner, paper towels, and hand sanitizer were all stocked. The gym appeared to be clean, from what I saw of it.

I cancelled my membership on 3/29/23 and was told my last charge would be for April and then not renew in May. Apparently they didn't do their job and I was charged in May for dues plus annual membership renewal and then fees for June. After another call on 6/26/23, I was assured I had been canceled and will get a refund ($185 total). I'm still waiting.The gym itself was super functional and decent. I feel like there are a couple group fitness instructors that really need to up their game.

I love EōS been to a lot of locations. This one is by far the worst no pool, tiny sauna and the worse part is the treadmills are Soooooooo OLD with as many people that joined this gym they get lots money from they need to up date there equipment. But other then that I would go here if I had no other choice.

One of my favorite places.However, the place has been full of dust the last few days. Seems someone is trying to dust off ceiling but it's a horrible thing. Worst allergies ever!I recommend shutting it down for few hours, dust ceilings off, mop the floor and then wipe down all machines.
