I love working out at this Planet Fitness in Surprise. It's close to home and work. The staff is sweet and always available for questions. I love the variety of tv shows and the equipment works great! It's a clean and comfortable environment for me.

This gym is very clean, there are plenty of machines when I was there and have been there. There are wipe down stations and this gym is very clean spotless, so much so that I take a quick shower before I leave and even the showers are absolutely spotless. I will continue to go here from now on.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The gym is spacious and clean! Plenty of cardio equipment to go around! And you just can’t beat the price!! No excuses!! Half the battle is walking in the door! The rest is easy!

It's never too busy, there are always open machines. As a newbie I don't feel too awkward about trying things out. Everyone is friendly and the staff is knowledgeable. If you go make sure to try out the deep tissue and hydro massage, they are well worth the extra $10 and you can use them any time.

This place is very clean! The equipment is available for use when I am ready as it is never over-crowded. And there is a variety of equipment if I'm ever impatient. I never feel watched or judged. The only reasons for 4 stars is no pool and I wish the upright bikes were more like spin bikes.

Since I have started with this gym I have lost 23 lbs. went from a 44'' waist to a 38'' waist and still dropping. Chris the trainer help me put together a workout plan and some advice on a meal plan and it has been working. They have a great team there. I highly recommend but you got to put in the work to get the results

Great atmosphere and staff. Never have I felt judged for the way I look since I’m not in the best shape. Everyone is friendly and the place is always clean and never smells like a gym. I even started taking my 14 year old and he feels really comfortable too.

The whole staff was extremely helpful and professional adding to the cleanliness of the gym, I would definitely recommended going to this gym if you live in the surprise area. Jasmine the general manager was great and made my enrollment very easy and enjoyable!

The staff has improved greatly since my first review (below) 8 months ago.The employees at this location need more training. They do not act ready to help you. Unless you ask, they don't offer information. This is so different from the wonderful staff at the north Peoria location. Im considering driving farther for the betters staff and less congested location. Hoping it gets better so I can use less gas.

A wide variety of equipment and so many treadmills and elipticle equipment always plenty so you're not ever waiting. The place is so very clean and the employees are constantly keeping it clean. Very important. Nice clean locker rooms with plenty of lockers , large mirrors to see your results working. Bathrooms are spotless and smell fresh and clean not just covering up a smell. Private showers each having it's own dressing area and kept very clean. Staff is friendly. Love this place
