This gym is spotless. My instant thought when I walked in the doors for the first time was “this gym is so clean”. I’ve worked out at many gyms and cleanliness has always been an issue. The cleaning crew here does a wonderful job. I complimented Jasmine specifically. Keep up the good work. Also, this gym has everything you need... just missing a free bar squat rack! Other than that great motivational environment for a killer price.

Worst experience ever trying to get checked in, i understand it being busy since it just opened but no sense of urgency from most of the staff, so very young. 2 were older and seemed much more experienced rather then most of the kids behind the desk. Hopefully in time management can look into getting a bit more experienced workers for such a busy time of a new club opening day

This location is amazing. Brand new facility, great equipment, and very nice staff. Morgan was amazing touring the facility with me, she gave me a run down of everything and was a huge help! I recommend this location if you're looking for great helpful staff and a nice gym!

Very nice and very clean place but it has been extremely crowded since it opened. I understand that PF needs business, but it’s frustrating as a paying member to go in ready for a good workout and everything is being used and there is no place to workout on equipment or use free weights. I want to go in knowing I’ll be able to use what I need, get my workout done and get out.

The location is great. All the equipment is awesome, but when I first went they were handing out pizza? What’s the point of working out if your just going to be eating th calories you just lost, second my 21 year old sister is a member and she’s allowed to bring a guest. Unfortunately she can’t bring a minor unless she’s the legal gaurdian which I think is unfair.

I give it 4 stars for now. Based on the other reviews, which are totally irrelevant as they just opened their doors today on Monday, July 2nd. However, I like that they have a new location in Surprise, and I did obtain a membership with a 'Staff Member,' a few doors down, just last month. He was a Personal Trainer, and was pleasant and cordial. I look forward to being a new member at this location, and love the available hours that they are open.

It's a very good GYM, nice and clean (always)! Never a wait for the equipment or weights, its open 24 hours everyday. They have Tanning beds or stand up booths, Total Body Enhancement booth, Hydro Massage beds, loungers and massage chairs all very affordable. Basic is $10.00 or for the Black card is $21.99 for the maximum results

Needless to say, they destroyed every opportunity to redeem themselves. Me and my wife were very excited to see that this gym was opening. It is 21 miles closer than our home club. We visited them right after opening, 7/3 to be exact. I have visited this gym 9 times between 7/3 and 9/1/18. to make it easy we will list issues on every visit from the 1st.1. Low End treadmills minimal training programs, basically none. 4 machines down and broken. Asked about benches in the locker room and was met with attitude and was asked "What gym has benches in the locker rooms?"2. 3 machines broken, chaos at the counter and unorganized, hard to get checked in3. 2 machines broken, chaos at the counter and unorganized, trash cans, towels and cleaning fluid being ignored. Meet with attitude from employees behind the counter.4. 2 machines broken, chaos at the counter, trash cans, paper towels and cleaning fluid being ignored. Employee disposition still has not improved.5. Clientele are rude and don't wipe down machines after use, untrained on machines and employees oblivious to the misuse of machines. Inquired about benches and was told “that they won’t be in that gym and if I had a complaint about it to write a review.”6. Rowing machine down and one leaking. Had to change batteries myself because employees are obviously not paying attention. Clientele are rude and don't wipe down machines after use, untrained on machines and employees are oblivious to the misuse of machines.7. Employees allowing muscle head intimidation and look the other way when people misusing the machines.8. Clientele still not wiping down machines and are not correctly using machines and employees could care less. I inquired about a sweat towel and they said they are $12.00, I retorted with “for a sweat towel?!” The GM’s response was, “well you can use the brown paper towels till you get your own.”9. Hamstring Press machine back plate loose and plastic cover stress squeaking when under use. Back plate wobbles about a 1-1.5 inches. Informed employees. Employee didn’t know what the machine was and I had to show them. I pointed out wobble and advised that the plastic stress squeaks when in use. When I walked away they were heard saying "maybe he is squeaking in the head", by my wife. They never did fix the machine. 1 Bench and 2 stools in the locker room and they removed the handicapped bench from in front of the handicapped lockers.This gym has no regard for the safety of their members, mistreatment of machines and sure in the hell do not have a clue about customer service. I would not recommend this facility to anyone, not even my enemies. I have even had the misfortune of interacting with the GM, who really didn't seem know too much about the operations, systems or customer service.Thank god my home club knows what it means to operate a good gym, respect members and how to make sure it is a pleasurable experience for everyone. We will be driving the additional 21 miles to get as far away from this facility as we can.

I have been visiting and had become a member in June 1.i was going to the Peoria location. I have to admit I started to question the cleaness of the gym however The Surprise location the staff was cleaning all throughout the day so 5 stars goes to them for that. I hope they keep this up because a clean gym is essential not willing to compromise in this area at all. Hopefully they have there shower grew that keeps everything nice and tidy because it’s nothing like having a good workout then a hot relaxing shower that follows it! So far so good, lots of working equipment, lots of space, friendly people. It has been working for me over 30 days and I still There!!!! “Go Planet Fitness”

The staff is friendly, always smiling. The gym is spotless and bright. I met the manager, Jasmine-she was accommodating, enthusiastic and complimenting her staff.
