Unfair charges! Been a member for several years here. Every January they charge you an annual fee. I cancelled my membership at the end of December. I still am getting charged an annual fee! I called in and asked is the annual fee for the up coming year, they told me yes. I spoke with a manger who told me I had to cancel 15 days prior to the charge otherwise I still have to pay it. I can understand a 15 day policy for membership fees so people can workout all month then cancel a day before they are charged. Not for the annual fee though! Why should I pay an annual fee when I won’t be a member there for the upcoming year??? The manger refused to refund the charge. Poor way to do business.

Can’t even describe how terrible this place is. I was in town for 2 weeks and asked for a 1 month membership. They told me it would be fine and promised it would be canceled. I emailed to remind them to cancel it. They continued to charge me for months, then charged late fees when I didn’t pay, and now are refusing to waive them. Do not come here!!This is a lie under here. They say I only paid for the time I used the facilities but they charged me $45 for the month then over $100 in late fees since they “couldn’t charge my card” (they had my credit card, I don’t know what the issue is). Then they claimed that I couldn’t cancel my membership because of the unpaid charges and continued to charge me a monthly fee!! It’s a scam. They are liars and scammers.

Love the gym itself and the employees. Giving three stars based on cleanliness. I got on a bike the other day it was disgusting. Dirt/food and grime all over the bike. When they stopped being so strict about the pandemic I think their cleanliness went too.
